Asterisk ---Toshiba
I set up a TE405P to go T1---*---Toshiba.
I have the channels configured, and can place calls from the Toshiba,
through * to the t1. Incoming calls work great to *, but if they go to
the Toshiba, I get a hangup. I think the * is sending the call to the
wrong span. I have 2 spans, span 1 from the T1, span 2 to the Toshiba.
The bchannels show as 0/1 through 0/23 on both spans in * when it
starts.

Back to back E1 - asterisk <=> toshiba pbx - Calldroping issue
As these problems are very time sensitive and frustrating, I suggest you
document each change you make and do them one at a time so you can
actually know what the problem was and not introduce new problems in the
process.
Find someone who is on the phone quite a bit and will give you an honest
evaluation of the call dropping situation (unless you yourself are
experiencing this issue too).

Fwd: Back to back E1 - asterisk <=> toshiba pbx -Call droping
Before studying your configs, what have you tried so far?
Did you change this?
Also, try changing your second span timing from span=2,2,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4
to span=2,0,0,ccs,hdb3,crc4.
Here is the documentation on voip-info for why it may be the cause of
your issues

Asterisk in front of Toshiba CTX
I have googled, and wiki'ed until blue. Is it possible to put
T1---*----Toshiba CTX ? I have a TE405P, with one interface programmed
for the T1, I am not sure how to program the 2nd port to mimick the T1
to the Toshiba. The Zapata.conf

X100P and Toshiba PBX
Hi all,
I'm dealing with a Toshiba PBX - DK 40 I think it is...The problem is this:
If someone dialing in from the PBX (on one of the two X100P cards) goes
into a MeetMe conference...Everything is
fine, until they hang up - especially if there's music on hold - the
line is held open because Asterisk does not know the
far end hung up.
I have it set to fxo_ls right now for signalling.

Toshiba DK424 / Asterisk / DTMF problems
I have a Toshiba DK424 connected via T1 E&M to a TE110P card.
Intermittently when a user dials a number I am getting 'getdtmf' errors on
the Ast server and the calls do not go through. If they dial the number
once or twice more, it works fine and I receive no DTMF problems.
On another note, end users are complaining about intermittent disconnects.
T1 is ESF/B8ZS - 24 chan. Other

Legacy Toshiba integration
I have recently changed jobs and I now have to administer a Toshiba DK424. I
would like to integrate Asterisk with this Toshiba PBX. I am quite familiar
with Asterisk but I have absolutely no idea about this Toshiba. To make
matters worse the manuals for this system are missing. What I would like to
do is place Asterisk in such a way that we can extend the Voicemail boxes
and possibly add a few

Toshiba DK - Asterisk Integration
Hi All,
I am new to both Asterisk and PBX stuff. I have 3 Tohiba PBXs in 3
separate offices as follows,
Toshiba Strata dk28
Toshiba Strata dk280
Toshiba Strata dk8
I need to install 3 Asterisk servers in these 3 locations and integrate
them with each of the Toshiba PBX s. This is to give IP Phones/soft
phones to the users and to route these VOIP calls through the PBX to
POTS. What are the

Integration with Toshiba Strata DK424
I'm posting here in case anyone else runs into this and needs some help.
I'll probably update the voip-info Wiki pages on Toshiba integration in a
bit. Asterisk 1.6 makes things a bit easier than what is on that page.
I'm integrating an Asterisk server with a Toshiba Strata system at my
office. Right now, it is driving some VoIP phones (Cisco ATAs with analog
phones plugged into

GoForce 5500 Driver in Toshiba Portege G900
Hello, community.
Several months ago Toshiba Inc. released a new communicator - "Toshiba Portege G900". All device's features are greate, but in practice things are going another way: communicator is really SLOW. Toshiba users have found that G900 is using nVidia GoForce 5500 Chip in it and it seems like it's working partially, because of an incomplete driver. We have written a

Legacy Toshiba Phones
I found some postings from Google (notably from Mark Spencer) about
successful integration of a legacy Toshiba Strata system and Asterisk.
I am also facing that current dilemma. The general legacy solutions that
I can come up with is very easy -- either making Asterisk a "proxy" (or
frontdoor) to the Toshiba system, or have it operate behind the Toshiba
via regular extensions.
I'm

Toshiba DK-40 and Asterisk...possible?
Hi all,
I have a potential client interested in an Asterisk PBX, which will
allow them to improve their virtual office services, among other things
(it's a Business Centre).
They currently have a Toshiba DK-40 and 19 DKT 2010-SD phones. The
owner has told me that the phones are digital (not in the VoIP sense,
obviously).
Is anyone here familiar with this particular PBX? Any chance that it

Connecting Asterisk to a Toshiba Strata system
I'm interested in setting up Asterisk as a voice mail system for our Toshiba
Strata CTX100 PBX. Our current voice mail system connects to the PBX with
four analog extensions. Does anyone have information on how to integrate
this kind of system with Asterisk? I've looked at the legacy integration
section of the Wiki, but it doesn't seem to have anything about Toshiba
systems.

Toshiba Digital Phones -> Asterisk
I am planning an * install at my business. It will be replacing an
existing Toshiba system (I think it is a 424dk). I was wondering if
anyone knows of a way for me to use my existing Toshiba phones to
connect to *. I would rather not have to spend the $15,000 to replace
all of my phones, but I can't find any other way to do it. Your help is
greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Robert Jackson
