Some background: PBX consists of an Asterisk box (running TrixBox), 4 Cisco 7960's, 2 Polycom IP500's, and now an additional Cisco 7960. The phones are all on a separate LAN. There is

Polycom Stop Downloading Config
Does anybody know of a way to tell the Polycom phones to stop trying to download their config? We have some setup for tftp and some for ftp and if they cannot reach the server, they just keep rebooting over and over and over and never stop. I would think it should try once or twice and stop, but it doesn't.
