Only secretary can call the boss, all others only reach the secretary when dial the boss extension
Dear all, How may I configure my extensions.conf so that only the boss's secretary can call the boss through his extension, all others when dial his extension only makes the boss's secretary phone ring, not his. So now I'm playing around with Queues....
and I found a reference to an AgentLogin.rtf. How to park calls on a specific extension
Currently at our office, if I want someone else to pick up a call, I have to transfer the call to them. So I'm looking into call parking, which is ALMOST perfect. AgentCallbackLogin - invalid extension
As I understand it, you'd enter the extension at which you wish to be called back at, your 9665 has nothing to do with it. Instead of dialling 28 you could dial 9665 and that would add that SIP phone as an agent to the cytelcs queue. However, the bosses laptop has W2k and used to work fine under the Novell client. ie there was one user on the laptop and those setting were used when logged into Novell and when not connected to the net. Queues without music on hold ?

AgentRequest() and which agent id?
Hi, If agents is already logged in via AgentLogin() and users dialled extension 300 which will be placed in Queue(support-queue). How to find out which agent is available I can put their Agent id in AgentRequest() ? If this is not a good approach then how it should be done? Park() ignores 'r' option which should disable music on hold in favour of ringing tone
When I receive a call, I want to automatically park it from the dialplan so that I can retrieve it later. exit ChanSpy with DTMF
Part of a supervisor menu I'm writing requires that I allow the supervisor to choose to ChanSpy a channel from the main menu then return back to the menu to choose other options when she's done. Is there a way to 'exit' ChanSpy and continue down the dialplan? Or is a caller stuck in ChanSpy until they hangup the phone? Thanks. George

Parked calls and Music on hold
Hello everybody, I'm trying to understand how can I set the MoH class for parked calls. I set the "incoming" class for calls, and it works correctly. When I park the call, the music on hold is ok, but when I close the communication on the parking side, the parked call gets the default music on hold class. Can someone explain me what's going on? RES: AgentLogin / AgentCallbackLogin transfer pro blem
Hmm i found the problem... I?m using a Grandstream BT100. The transfer just works in a queue if I first acknowledged the call using the # key, and then press the TRANSFER key in the Grandstream.
