procmail can't invoke spamc/spamassassin in 5.3 due to SElinux denials
I just discovered that my spam filters are not being properly executed
in CentOS 5.3 because when procmail attempts to invoke spamc. I have
spamd running properly, and can invoke spamassassin and spamc from the
bash prompt manually without any issues, however procmail fails with
"permission denied" then bails. Watching the procmail.log I get the
following:

spamassassin needs updating?
The spamassassin on my server is 3.2.5 and is stock CentOS 5.x.
I do apply updates regularly.
Most of my legitimate contacts are either whitelisted or sorted into
folders before spamassassin sees them, but I have noticed an increasing
amount of legitimate mail marked as spam.
One issue seems to be the FH_DATE_PAST_20XX rule.
I was able to fix that via running sa-update as root per

Logwatch reporting spamassassin messages as unmatched entries
I've recently switched to using spamassassin via a sendmail milter,
rather than using procmail to invoke it. This means that I get a number
of messages appearing in my maillog, and then being reported by logwatch
as unmatched entries.
An example of such a messages is:
