Putting caller in queue and dialing an extension simultaneously
Hi, Is it possible to do this in extensions.conf to put a caller in queue and dial an agent's extension so that he knows that somebody is in queue waiting to be answered. Sangoma A101 gives 'no PRI configured on span 1' error
I upgraded from Tormenta2 to Sangoma A101. I followed the instructions, and installation was successful. zttool, ztcfg, all show card is installed properly. I copied the parameters from my old working zaptel.conf, zapata.conf and zapata-auto.conf. Verified on Sangoma website that these files are correct. Also configured wanpipe1.conf. But doing all this didn't start the PRI channels. It says

Sound breaking. Because of Tormenta2 PRI Interface Card or something else
Hi everybody, I need to know about sound quailty issues from those who have experience with Tormenta2 PRI Interface. Also how to make it work with new versions of Asterisk and Zaptel. Outgoing CallerID on PRI problems
For outgoing calls made on our PRI circuit we are setting the Caller ID using the format Exten => _9XXXXXXX,1,SetCallerID(1601XXXXXXX) The monitor shows that the CallerID is being set to the specified number, but yet when the call is received on the user end the ID is always the base number of our DID. How to restrict registrations by useragent?
Hi, I have an extension which I want to use only for x-lite, and don't want anybody to register IP phones on it. I can see that 'sip show peer 3547' shows softphone's id. Zaptel not detecting Tormenta2 PRI Interface card
Hi, After upgrading to new version of Asterisk and Zaptel, my Tormenta2 card has stopped working. Zaptel doesn't detect it. What should I do to make it work again. It is enabled in /etc/sysconfig/zaptel. Where else I have to enable it so zaptel can detect it and make it work. zaptel.conf and zapata.conf are the same as I had them before. I tried googling but couldn't find any help. --
