ACD calls to busy agents

Streaming Music On Hold

SIP busy
Hi, I would like * to treat a SIP extension as a normal extension, when it comes to the busy functionality. In other words, if someone tries to call the SIP phone and there is already an ongoing conversation, the new caller should get a busy message/tone Is there any parameter that I can set? Basic Answering Machine Function?

Looking for PRI Outbound Caller ID Configuration
I'm having trouble setting the outbound caller ID on calls I make from my PRI trunk group. The PRIs are served out of a 5ESS. Telco has set the PRIs up for user provided caller id information, so I believe I just don't have it set up right in my dialplan or something. Streaming Music On Hold - Reality Check
Thanks to this thread, we got it working too... but have a question... Once this is setup... does it stream forever, or does the stream only start when someone goes on hold/into a queue/etc? If it streams forever, at 24k... it looks like over 7GB/month in bandwidth... so we're not going to want to do that if a) it streams constantly and b) my math is correct. Thanks, Doug >

Caller ID Matching in extensions.conf
I'm running 1.2.9.1, and I can't get caller id dialplan matching to work. Why is PQMSTATUS empty?

CDR problems -- two call legs create only one CDR. Using ForkCDR() not even working.
Hello, When I bridge an incoming and outgoing call (attempting to simulate call-forwarding) I'm only getting one CDR -- that of the outgoing call. A (PSTN) calls B (residing on Asterisk) and the Asterisk calls C (cell phone on PSTN) and bridges the call. The only CDR created is from B to C. I have even tried using Answer() and ForkCDR() to get two CDRs, but to no avail. I am starting to

Agents getting logged off agressively
I have a group of agents logged in to a queue that is set for ringall. The agents are set to auto logoff if they don't answer in 15 seconds incase they step away without logging out. That works fine, however, if they are on a call and a new call comes in, they are getting logged out too. The phones are ATA's connected via SIP. Missing TRANSFER event in queue log when using Local Channels
Has anyone observed a problem where using Local channels with AddQueueMember results in missing TRANSFER events? Right now I'm using straight SIP channels when I call AddQueueMember().
