how do I create a change password using sha1?
Hello, The problem I am having is I have a form where a user can edit their data that does not include their password. I have another form that I allow them to change their password. Both forms use the before_update method that hashes the password. There is no password in the first form. Am I making this too complicated? How do I call the hash_password for only the second form? navigation problems
I am trying to move from MS Windows (of which I am a std user) to Linux and, 10 days ago, I installed Mandrake 9.0, everything is OK except for WEB navigation: even if surely connected, I cannot navigate and the browser answer is always:...host unknown.. Gnome Terminal and xterm problems
I've noticed this in CentOS 4 & 5 and Fedora 5 & 6. If I'm in Gnome desktop and using any of the terminal programs and I ssh into any server, the connection just hangs. Not drops, it just hangs and doesn't recover. These servers are all over the country on different ISPs in Tier1 datacenters. Some are in our office, so they are on the local lan.
