registration not timing out?
every few days my ADSL connection gets dropped for a few seconds. When
it does I find my SIP connection to one of my providers does not timeout
and retry. Does the following give some clues?
Asterisk 1.2.13, Copyright (C) 1999 - 2006 Digium, Inc. and others.

needed)

date or version number. I downloaded this version on Monday, Oct 3.
About once every minute, I get this while at the CLI> prompt:

Asterisk dies after 3-6 hours of operation. Help!
Greetings
I have been running * for about a month now.
Configuration.
(5) Cisco 79xx IP phones
(1) XP100P
Pentium III (300mhz)
192meg memory
Redat 8.0 (updated)
It seems to run for about 3-6 hours, then the process stops. I have
noticed, that * does not stop, if I do NOT have it register to other sip
servers. (FWD and PCH).

2.0/2.1 - different behavior for LIST-EXTENDED
Hi Timo,
We are sitting here wondering if this difference in behaviour between
dovecot 2.0.17 and 2.1.3 is intended.
When you create a folder, subscribe to it and rename it (without
changing the subscription) these are the behaviours:
For 2.0.17:
. list (SUBSCRIBED) "" "*" RETURN (STATUS (MESSAGES))
* LIST (\Subscribed \NonExistent) "." "INBOX.test"

Extending lwpsinfo_t with pr_lgrp for DTrace consumers
The sched provider defines the stable "lgrp" variable that is the lgroup of
the current CPU. This is mostly interesting when we can compare it with the
actual thread home lgroup, so I''d like to extend the lwpsinfo_t structure with
the new pr_lgrp field which will be implemented using translator. This will
match the addition of the pr_lgrp field to the proc(4) lwpsinfo_t

[LLVMdev] MinGW 4.7.0-compiled Clang Mis-compiles Simple Programs
When using MinGW 4.7.0 to compile Clang on Windows, the resulting Clang
binary does not correctly compile simple C++ code. This is with ToT
LLVM/Clang.
Clang build:
$ cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug -DLLVM_TARGETS_TO_BUILD=X86
-DLLVM_EXTERNAL_CLANG_SOURCE_DIR=<dir> -G Ninja <llvm-dir>
$ ninja
After building Clang, I tried to compile the following program:

11.5.0 - SIP registration not retrying after failures
I had a SIP problem on an 11.5.0 system that I look after. It registers
with a SIP trunk provider, and at one point the provider had an issue that
caused registration to fail.
The problem was that Asterisk did not keep retrying, and it was not until
it was restarted that registration was re-established.

Could you tell me what is wrong with an "existence" of mailbox?
Please see the two examples:

[LLVMdev] Configuring for the cfrontend build on Mingw
So the fundamental problem I'm trying to solve is how get my cfrontend
build configured properly.
The usual symptom of an incorrect configuration is the inability to find
various header files.
Here's some example spew:
$ /home/llvm_home/llvm-gcc-build/gcc/xgcc -v
-B/home/llvm_home/llvm-gcc-build/gcc/ -Bc:/msys/1.0/mingw32/bin/
-Bc:/msys/1.0/mingw32/lib/ -isystem

NONEXISTENT status code
I'm going to take exception to the way dovecot (1.2.8) is returning
the NONEXISTENT response code in certain cases. For example, these
transactions:
c: 1 EXAMINE "foo"
S: 1 NO [NONEXISTENT] Mailbox doesn't exist: foo
C: 2 STATUS "foo" (MESSAGES)
S: 2 NO [NONEXISTENT] Mailbox doesn't exist: foo
...don't appear to be the proper usage of NONEXISTENT.
