CentOS-4/beta/preview version immediate availability
Hi,
I've had this like since last saturday or something. I don't seem to be
getting it to beta.centos.org tho, so i'll just make it public thru the
channels i control.
ftp://centos.upi.iki.fi/pub/centos/4.2beta/isos/sparc/
There is ISOs and .torrents
Know yourself out and try it out please. If you have something less

CentOS FastTrack repository
The upstream provider has started a new channel called fastrack. It is
detailed here (see the whole thread):
https://www.redhat.com/archives/nahant-list/2006-April/msg00001.html
CentOS will also build the fastrack SRPMS. We have created separate
repositories in CentOS-3 and CentOS-4 called fasttrack. (I know the
spelling is different, that is by design. We don't want to use the name

CentOS 4.1 iSCSI support
Hi.
I found this cached in google:
"The initial release of CentOS 4 does not include iSCSI software
initiator or target support. Support for iSCSI is being evaluated for
addition in a future update to CentOS 4."
What is the status on iSCSI for CentOS 4.1? I've tried to install it
using yum but cannot seem to get the appropriate package names.. And the
above note suggests that

firefox 1.0.3 for CentOS-3/s390(x)
Hi,
Merged the XOS Team fixes for firefox 1.0 and made a CentOS-3 version
of few hours ago released CentOS-4 update.
The CentOS-3 version is actually only .spec file mod from CentOS-4, so
it should be pretty much same.
... that is IF someone is crazy enought to run firefox under hercules
or real iron - at least you can as the binary is available :)

Bacula
Hello,
Has anybody built RPMs of Bacula for CentOS 4 X86-64? I only have one
machine and it's in production use so I don't want to install all of the
needed dependencies on it in the event somebody else has already built
it.
Thanks,
