TE205P, E1, Panasonic PBX and hang-up issues
Hey folks,
I have a Digium TE205P working as a man in the middle:
PRI line -------- Asterisk/TE205P -------- PBX
The PBX is a Panasonic KX - TVP 100.
Everything is working great except for one little issue. Asterisk isn't
hanging up the PRI B channel when the PBX channel is hung up.
I don't want to overload you with information but please ask if more is
needed. I suspect I'm

how to answer a Panasonic PBX extension with Asterisk?
I'd like to have my Asterisk system pick up a certain extension on an
existing Panasonic PBX when it rings. (It's connected to some
proprietary Panasonic doorphones that I haven't replaced yet.) I
connected that extension to an FXO port on a Digium AEX410 card, and
set that channel to have the context "doorphone".
The problem is that the extension is never executed. With

Hello everyone,

it's attached to my server via USB and CAPI4Linux and additionally
has an analog DECT phone attached to one of its TAE ports.
As I'm planning to switch to VOIP via cable internet, I'm now
thinking about the following setup:

collaboration with Panasonic PBX
Hi.
I've searched the archives and found nothing regarding collaborating
Asterisk with a Panasonic PBX (TD1232 to be exact)
Here's my question:
Can I use a Wildcard X100P to connect an outgoing line jack (on the
Panasonic) to Asterisk, so I can route calls from the PBX to Asterisk,
and calls from Asterisk to the PBX?
On the hardware page for the X100P card is says it's great for

Integrating with existing 1BRI, 6 POTS Panasonic PBX ?
Hi,
at the university department we have quite old Panasonic 2+6 PBX (1BRI + 6
POTS for outputs) and 25 local analog extensions. We would like to add
Asterisk with 1 fresh BRI line and possibly integrate with existing
equipment (we would like to crossover between both pbxses).
What would be most efficient way to do this ?
Thanks in advance,
regards,
Rob.

I got a doubt about something I want to do with asterisk. I have this

both via IAX. Is it possible to put a new asterisk box in site a
without the channel bank and put a card (FXS or FXO???) and connect it
to the pbx as a CO line ? What

AVM C4 with Asterisk in front of an ISDN PBX
Good day,
anyone out there running an ISDN pbx behind an Asterisk server with an
AVM active card? At this moment Asterisk is connected to the internal
ISDN bus of the PBX, but I want to control the calls coming in from the
outside, before sending them of to the PBX.
Any BTDT is greatly appreciated.

Panasonic PBX
The place I currently work at has a Panasonic Key system with 9 extensions,
and no voicemail. It services 2 PSTN lines.
I am hoping to use Asterisk to host voicemail (I would like to use the IVR
also, but I don't even know if or how it would work).
Do I need to use a PRI between the two, or is there a simple solution? I
would like people to be able to answer the phone and

Panasonic PBX -to- Sirrix BRI: Numbers getting echoed/duplicated
Hi guys,
How's things going ?
Got a bit of a weird one here that I've been unable to solve.
I have a Panasonic PBX linked to a Sirrix Quad BRI card that is running in TE (ptp) mode in a Asterisk box - this then links through Internet to another Asterisk box via IAX2.
When a user on the Panasonic PBX system dials the extension of my Sirrix Asterisk box, Asterisk answers and says
