Installed the spandsp patches and software... using the default AMP extensions.conf, I start sending a fax, I hear it pick up and transfer to voicemail after 20s. Fax is set for system... I am having a strange problem. On one * box I setup the fax recive, via spandsp -app_rxfax I have no problem here. On a second box I did the same. The resulting PDF appear "corrupt". Hello, I think you should handle the fax in the h (for Hangup) extension (which is, after your fax was received), instead of using the priorities following the fax reception (as in your example). Hello, I would like to remove the last 8 digists of character strings in a vector. Below I added a couple of elements from that vector. I have a problem defining a pattern to replace the digits using for example "sub". Removing the ".tif" part works fine using sub('.tif',"",x), but how do I get rid of the four preceding digits?
