home routers
I'm looking for somehting like the standard house hold linksys/dlink router.
Basically it needs to have at least 1x100mbit port, wireless G capabilitys
and at least 1 x anolog voip/sip connection. I've found linksys's WRT54GP2
which appears to do what i want. Anybody use this? Does it require
vontage's service? I'm looking for any recommendations.
Thanks

E100P works with PCI 3.3V and 5V?
Hi,
I just bought the E100P from digium. It has both
keys: 3.3V and 5V, so it would fit both, in a 5V-PCI
slot and in a 3.3V PCI slot.
Is it true, that I can plug it without destroying it in an
ordenary 5V PCI slot?

Small PBX setup
Hi all,
I know that this has been passed around before, and I know that it
happens about every 3 months or so, but evertime the answers change, so I
thought I would pass it around again.
A company I work for has 3 incomming lines and 4 phones. They require
voicemail and MOH.
Their phone systems VM hard drive died today, they were quoted a $2000 to
replace it. I started to talk to them about

lattice panels with grouped extra data as text?
I have a problem with including extra data in a lattice graphic. I am
trying to put some calculated values in an extra column of a boxplot. A
minimal example should show what I am trying to do:

Possible to light up a LED on Snom phones?
Hi everybody!
I've setup my dialplan so that if an extension dials *21*, that
extension is added/removed as a queue member to a queue. (State toggled).
But it would be great to get an "optical feedback" of that phone's state
regarding the queue membership.
Does someone know if it is possible to light up a LED under this szenario?
Many thanks!

the CAPI channel hangs up, the busy tone is streamed into the MeetMe
Room for several seconds, until the CAPI HANGUP-Signal is finally

[LLVMdev] clang optimizer does not remove unused/uneeded variables(and accesses) from global scope
addition to my last post:
http://groups.google.com/group/llvm-dev/browse_thread/thread/afd85c3f303ec2a9
i know that using static on my globals will remove them - no other
compilation unit can then extern the vars
but my question is - in this closed szenario clang is "directly"
producing the exe - isn't clang aware of that the vars are not in use?

Multihomed puppet-server Multidomain SSL Problem
Hello List,
I have a problem with the CA on my Puppetmaster. This Puppetmaster is
connected to different Networks with different sub domainnames. The Puppet
clients connecting via different Interfaces. There is no routing between
subnets. Only one subnet can connect successfully. This is because the
subject in the Certificate is the name of this subnet. All other clients get:

RequireSecuritySignature=1 and public share with guest not working
Due to security reasons smb signing has to be activated and this share between linux and windows is now dead.
And I do not find the correct settings to do a public share in this szenario.
It has to be public, because the linux is'nt allowed to join the domain and on the other way, the win-clients cannot leave their domains.
And I think, just signing smb-messages should not speek against a

Bricks not starting after restart node
Hello Gluster Community,
I am using Gluster3.10 in a 2-Node-Szenario (with CentosOS7-machines).
After restarting one of the nodes,
sometimes one of these two phenomena occurs:
1. The brick process of a volume on the newly started node is no
longer running
2. The Brick Process Is Running But The First Knot Still Believes

Dependency resolution for packages
Hi, I have a simple use case, but can''t get the dependency resolution
to work on first run. This is not critical, but I want to understand
what''s going on. Here''s the szenario:
* puppet --version: 2.6.4
* on the bare system, I have vim 6.4 installed (no vim-base)
* I first want to upgrade to the latest version in repo, which is 7.1,
* and then install vim extensions for

Patch for SSH-tunneling via HTTPS-proxy
Hi List,
I have a szenario where I need to reach a host on the internet from a
"firewalled" network but there is a HTTPS-proxy runnnig. As some
people know you can tunnel all TCP-connections through this proxy
because it can't decide if someone is really doing SSL or just Telnet
to port 443 (or use SSH in our case).
So I've written a patch for ssh to make it send the

RequireSecuritySignature=1 and public share with guest not working
Hi Rowland
The client is stopping communication, not the server. With error 1240.
And since it is working with the client setting RequireSecuritySignature=0 without any problem, ' hosts allow' cannot be either the problem nor the solution.
So - setting RequireSecuritySignature=1 at the client needs a corresponding setting at the server - I guess.
But even explicit settings on samba side
