internal dial tone on password from outside
Is it possible to get an internal dial tone when I call to my asterisk
and enter password?
I would like to call my line enter extension - password - and get
internal dial tone.
once I'm in I would like to dial based on what context permits, mostly
long distance calls VOIP.
I can not preset the extension to certain number as I don't know what
number I will be dialing.

No sound with X100P (clone)
Hi, can't get X100P (fully zapata compatible clone) to work (I'm in
Australia).

talking to the pots line.
I set up this simple dialplan for ZAP ("incoming" context, as setup in
zapata.conf, for channel 1)

generate dial tone
The way I have my dialplan configured, an internal extension is routed
to a different context (with Goto()) on pretty much the first button
press.
2 -> internal extensions
0 -> operator
5 -> VM
9 -> outside line
etc.
So a "201" will go to the internal extensions context, s,1, do some
setup and then match on "01".
The thing is that when the 9 is entered, I

[LLVMdev] Removing old JIT CodeEmitters for ARM and PPC
Sorry for speaking too soon. It is missing from 3.2 which is the version I have been using. If it is already implemented than it is very good news.
Thanks.

Question about EuroBRI final 2 digits
Hello,
I have an installation in Austria; ISDN service provided by Austria Telekom.
The main number of the service is 6 digits. Incoming calls may contain 2
additional digits, which I then use to route the call to the correct
extension. Telekom sends me all the digits.
My problem is that when someone tries to dial an 8 digit number to an
extension from an outside analog phone, AT sends the call

Attn: DISA Experts(Strange problem with DISA)
Hi Friends,
I am facing a strange problem with DISA. I have installed and configured Trixbox. I've created a secret extension i.e., 555 and called this extension in Digital Receptionist using custom extension i.e., created in extensions_custom.conf file.
When I call from my mobile phone to my PSTN number, which is connected to FXO port, my IVR is responding. After entering my DISA

[LLVMdev] Removing old JIT CodeEmitters for ARM and PPC
No. It adds a new event, 'NotifyObjectEmitted'. The Intel JIT listener that I mentioned then uses the emitted object to find the functions (which are all emitted together).
Because of the way that MCJIT is implemented, it isn't really feasible to reconstruct things like the EmittedFunctionDetails in the NotifyFunctionEmitted event.

Portsentry
I'm running CentOS 4 with Blue Quartz on a white box, and having problems
with installing Portsentry vi the .tar.gz route. Various errors, etc.
Anyone here know of a source, like an RPM or something, for Portsentry for
CentOS?
... or a similar app?
thnx, Manny

How can I get a dialtone calling from outside...
Hi all,
How can I configure, in extension.conf, to call and extension and have a
dialtone so I can compose a number to dialout?
Basically, I want to be able, when I am out of the office, to call in my
asterisk box and then dialout from it.

Off-Site Extensions That Would Show As In-Use?
Hello, list!
I'd like to create an extension that points to an offsite location (a
number on the PSTN), the purpose of which would be to see if that
offsite location is still on a call forwarded to it by Asterisk. This
way a receptionist could choose to transfer calls to a mobile phone only
if it's finished with the last call the receptionist forwarded to it.
If I configure a custom

[LLVMdev] Removing old JIT CodeEmitters for ARM and PPC
The current 3.2 code branch has events being broadcast from the MCJIT engine when a new object is emitted, but the profiling listeners do not do anything with the events (and I don't expect they will before the 3.2 release becomes official).
I have implemented some code in trunk since the 3.2 branch to traverse the emitted object and pick out named functions in the IntelJITEventsListener. An

[LLVMdev] Removing old JIT CodeEmitters for ARM and PPC
I know the old JIT pretty well but have only used the MCJIT from the client side. Most of my experience is on the x86backend though.
Another critical feature missing from MCJIT is the JITEventListener. This is usually for supporting debuggers and profiling tools.
Ciao.

DISA disconnects
DISA is currently disconnecting when I dial 8888 to access DISA.
Below is my extensions.conf file from A@H and some lines which shows
the disconnect. Should DISA be loaded as a module in modules.conf?
When I do a 'show applications' i see that DISA is there. Help!

DISA and AGI: authenticate by caller ID?
I'm having trouble getting an AGI exec command to spawn app_disa. The
script executes properly, but does not spawn DISA. The CLI gives no helpful
clues. Am I doing the exec incorrectly?
I want to have a way to authenticate callers to the extension by Caller
ID... if their caller ID is in my database and set to active, they can call
out. [like a calling card but auth'd by CID instead
