Link an Asterisk Box with a PBX (E1 connection)
Hi, I have to link an Asterisk Box with a PBX Matra 6501. System look like this : E1------Te110P Asterisk Te110P-----E1----Matra 6501-----Phones | | Ip Phones Incoming call from E1 will enter on asterisk, if incoming number is _800n then go to IP phones. In this case no problem. But if it's an another call i want to return call to my

French PRI channel - exact signaling used
hello, We encountered signaling problem with a french national carrier. They ask us, which signaling is configured on our single E1. I need to know if it's ETSI, VN4 or VN6. I know what ccs, and hdb3 mean but I do not succeed to make the link between the signaling type. I searched through RFC Q.921 and Q.931 It would be great to obtain some help. cedric

Pinouts for T1/E1 crossover cable WAS "RE: what cable to connect a legacy PBX to a TE410P ?"
Can't anyone stop self-promotion and tell the poor guy what he needs. A T1/E1 X-over cable using an RJ-45 (8-cond.) is pinned out as follows: 1 - 4 2 - 5 3 - NU 4 - 1 5 - 2 6 - NU 7 - NU 8 - NU NU = Not Used I have not in my experience seen any problems with using a Good Quality Cat5 vs. Cat 3 (telco standard) cable for X-connects. YMMV, but you should be fine. As far as the shielding

More than 150 MB / second encoding ?
Hello, Is there some version of FLAC that allows very very fast encoding (i.e. able to process at least 150 MB / second of .wav input data on a standard computer : laptop computer, Core i5/i7, Windows 7 64 bit, 8 GB RAM) ? (It's ok to have a compression ratio which is a little bit lower than traditionnal FLAC) I'm looking for something which is between FLAC (very good ratio, slower than

Interconnecting two lans using Asterisk over a PSTN
Hello, I am a newbie in Asterisk IP PBX but I am very impressed by its functionalities. I have read that It can work over IP network and across the PSTN. I am not very sure how it works over the PSTN.. In case if people have not yet the Internet or SDL access, I would like just to know if it is possible to interconnect two IP LANs using the traditionnal analog Network and Asterisk PBX? In such I

[PATCH] drm: disable vblank only if it got previously enabled
I believe the solution is to not call drm_crtc_vblank_off for atomic modesetting in nouveau_display_fini. I think Ben's working on it. Summary of,all undefined globals
Dear Listers, Kurt (subject "CRAN packages maintained by you" sent on 02/07/2015) was mentionning to package maintainers that "with current versions of r-devel, one can get a convenient summary of all undefined globals" and describing how to get a summary conveniently. Now I am using R 3.2.3 but cannot get this by using rcmd check --as-cran mypackage, the

Define tick mark width
Hello, Is there a way to define the width of the axis tick marks on traditionnal plots? I did not find anything specific on this topic in the help and par(lwd=...) does not affect the tick marks. I guess that using axes=FALSE and recreating the axis with the axis() command could do the trick but I wonder if there is no easier way. Thanks in advance Sebastien

What goodness-of-fit measure for robust regression ?
Hi, i. After estimating some coefficients using robust regression with rlm() or lqs(), I wonder if there exist some measures of the goodness-of-fit as those for standard linear model(R2)... or evenly if it's a statistics non-sense to look for since I do not find any mention of that in differents chapters on robust and resistant regression or in severals R documentation (Fox, Ripley and

Resizing disks for VMs
Hi, Is there a way to make a PV xen guest aware of a size change of the host disk? In my case I'm talking about a Centos 5.3 host using logical volumes as storage for the guests and the guests running Centos 5.3 and LVM too. What I'm trying to accomplish is to resize the logical volume for the guest by adding a few gigs and then make the guest see this change without requiring a

Pinouts for T1/E1 crossover cable WAS "RE: whatcable to connect a legacy PBX to a TE410P ?"
I for one think it is a great idea to buy a book with hard earned money and wait a few days to a week just to get an answer to a question that is freely available on the internet immediately. Hard pressed to think of anything in the "book" that is not on with wiki with more up to date and useful information. -----Original Message----- From: Alexander Lopez

SSH-2.2.0 (for Windows) and OpenSSH-2.1.1p1
I just upgraded my Windows SSH client from the 2.1.x version (whatever it was) to 2.2.0 and am now experiencing difficulties connecting to my OpenSSH-2.1.1p1 Linux servers. I'm not as up-to-speed as I should be on the inner workings of the handshakes that go on, but from the debug logs and from trying different connection methods, it seems to be isolated to using publickeys.
