[Asterisk-Dev] Cluecon - Who's going ?
I'm relatively new to Asterisk and I'm hoping attending Cluecon will be a good way to get up to speed on the project and hear about what others are doing with it. We currently use a Cisco IP phone system at my office, although I just added an asterisk box to provide soft phones to our travelling users. (IAX2 is a lot easier to get through firewalls than cisco's protocols). Terry

woomera doesn't work (same OpenH323 problem as with chan_h323)
Banging my head against a brick wall trying to get a working H.323 implementation for CVS-HEAD. (The ONLY H.323 I have had working is OH323 v0.6.5 with CVS-STABLE - see my other post regarding compile problems on OH323 for HEAD) So, I thought, lets try this wonderful chan_woomera (dubbed "H.323 for Asterisk that works!"). I get exactly the same kind of problem as I have previously had

dsync migration questions
We are currently in the process of replacing one of our customer mail systems with a dovecot solution. However, one of the sticking points right now is how to get the old mail to the new system. On the dovecot side, we are using mdbox storage. On the old system we are using qpopper/mbox mailboxes in the following setup. All user inboxes are in /mnt/mail/mail_spool. Only select, privileged,

AstriCon videos: a question of method (Robin)
Robin, Thanks for the viddler.com suggestion! I'm uploading all of the ClueCon videos to it right now. John, so far I'd have to give viddler.com two thumbs up. I'm adding my stuff here: http://www.viddler.com/explore/cluecon Your ClueCon presentation should show up some time on Friday. I've noticed that there's a little bit of a lag time between upload and video being

LEGO LOCO: startup error
I've installed successfully LEGO LOGO, a game made by LEGO Media. But, when I run it, I get a messagebox with the following error: ?LEGO LOCO only runs in High Colour (16-bit) 800x600, 1024x768 and 1280x1024. Please change to one of these settings.? Is there any workaround for this? Or must I change xorg.conf? (I'm using 1024x768. I suppose the problem is depth - mine is perhaps 24.)

Developer Conference, Aug 5-7, Chicago
Question: is anyone planning on going to the Cluecon convention this year? (www.cluecon.com <http://www.cluecon.com/> ) I'm hoping to go this year and I'm hoping to meet other OSS telephony users and developers. BTW, Anthony Minessale said that there is a need for Asterisk speakers, so if you're an Asterisk user (or expert) and you're in the Chicago area in early August
