Has anyone set up Group/Broadcast Voicemail for 50 or more mailboxes?

Hi list, After recently setting up voicemail for Asterisk 1.4.14 on my Debian etch server, I noticed that I can't delete any old voicemail messages. The voicemail menu option "Press 7 to delete this message" is available, but when I press 7 the response is always "message undeleted" and the message is still there. What could I be missing here? It seems that the problem is actually related to the Sangoma A200 card I'm using, as two other people both using this same card have expressed the same problem.. I'm experiencing touch tone recognition issues when calling some outside phone systems. For instance, if I call my Nextel phone, and try to press * to enter my voicemail, Nextel's system does not "hear" the DTMF tone. When someone calls into our asterisk server over a PSTN line, dials an extension and then hangs up, the SIP phone related to the given extension will ring about 4 or 5 times before asterisk shows that the channel has been hung up in the console.
