Can't run AGI for outbound call
Hi
Just installed Asterisk on a Debian Woody/testing.
I want to create a AGI script that is run after an outbound call is answered. I did this a while back (many versions ago).
The problem is Asterisk does not seem to know the AGI application. I create a file test.call and place it in the outbound spool directory:
the test.call file looks like this:
#Simple test call script.

Samba slowness
I am still struggling with how to fix up Samba on our network. I'm
running two samba servers. One with version 3.0.21b-1 on RH9, and
another with version 3.0.10-1.4E.6 on RHEL 4. Neither are pdc's, and there
is no pdc in the domain at all. The two networks are connected
across the country via an IPsec tunnel. Users on one network
access the other server have the same problem: after

Incorrect IMAP search results when FTS/Squat indexes are present with 2.1.7
We recently upgraded from Dovecot 1.2.15 (on Debian squeeze) to Dovecot
2.1.7 (on Debian wheezy/stable).
For now, we continue to use FTS with Squat indexes. We'd like to
eventually switch to Lucene but it's not yet supported in Debian stable.
Since upgrading to 2.1.7, we've seen some problems with IMAP search
results when an FTS Squat index is present (i.e., when the

'deadtime' in Samba 3.0.13
Hi,
I currently have deadtime = 15 in my smb.conf. This featured worked good to
disconnect clients that have been idle for > 15 minutes in the past. With
the 3.0.13 version, it seems to do nothing. As in, it just keeps the user
connected indefinitely.
Here is what I see when no one is currently at the office and everyone is
logged off their computer.
Thanks

Samba Wins Problem
Hi All
I have installed Samba 3 under RHEL v4, with LDAP support for the
authentication and as a PDC Domain, it seems everything works fine, but the
only problem was the network browser list.
We have a different subnet 192.168.X., 192.168.Y., 192.168.Z., etc..., Samba
local browser works fine, but the remote subnet and workgroup are
inaccessible, I double check the nmbd logs, there an error which

Wow! this got long on me.
The problem seems similar to the one expressed here:

but I already had server signing = no in my config, and the 4
relevant options all seem correct.

ethernet outages C5.4
Hello All,
I don't have any reason to believe CENTOS (5.4) is underlying my
difficulties but it's what I've got to work with so here's the setup:
I have a 2P motherboard with 2 Opteron 2376s and two ethernet ports.
The setup is fully virtualized, with Dom0, dom4 and Dom1 up and
running. dom4 is attached to a dhcp service on eth0 and has no problems.

axes
Hello there,
Is there a functionality or command that generates axes in the shape of a capital Greek letter gamma (upside down L) ? I use these for making sediment profiles. I have read through help-lists, tried different things and asked several people but never got a satisfactory result.
I've tried the following:
xx <- c(2,4,6,5.8,5,4,3,1.5,0, 0, 0, 0)
yy <- (0:-11)

Samba turning
I have a two networks (across the country from each other) that are
connected
via ipsec through a Cicso pix. There is samba running on a Linux machine
in the main office (call it office A) and users at the other office (B) need
to get to it. After about three levels down, the response time back from
the server is very slow (as it appears to be caching the directory listing).
