softmodems bank for ast.
Hi.
We need a full featured modem bank 20+ to attend data calls.
IAXmodem only supports fax protocols because spandsp only support fax protocols.
The idea is to do a IAX wrapper like IAXmodem but with a full featured
(but propietary) softmodem library like PCTEL or linuxant.
I hate astribank+hardmodems solution.
Some body think that is possible?
Sorry for my horrible English. ;)
Bye.

SIP default gateway
Hello,
Is there some way to explain to * that must send all non local (or locally
unknown) numbers to a "default SIP proxy?
For example, i'm using * locally with a few SIP phones but i register my * to
an external Vocal or any other SIP proxy. Can i send all non local calls to
that external proxy?
Thanks.

app_senddtmf.so.
Hi.
I have installed asterisk 1.0.7.
I need to send dtmf with tone duration. This functionality is in the cvs
version.
Can any body send me the app_senddtmf.so binary compiled for i386 or pentium
IV to replace the 1.0.7 version.?
I want to preserve the rest of 1.0.7 version of asterisk, because I use the
debian package and I want to maintain the asterisk upgrades and patches.
Thanks.

QoS IP precedence and Diffserv combination
All:
I am tasked with creating an environment in which DiffServ and IP
precedence is handled as close to RFC specification as possible. I have
a few problems with implementing this based on current queueing
structure. Here are a few of my questions.
1.) Is there any way to get DiffServ AF drop levels without using
DSMARK and GRED?
Ex.
AF11 Gred DP 1
AF12 Gred DP 2
AF13 Gred DP 3
2.)

Precedence of iptables chain, local routing table and newly created routing table
Hi,
I been trying on ip rule fwmark and iptables MARK.
I will show my testing in detail, but my ultimate question is why ONLY marking in Mangle OUTPUT tables works, but not others?

Can I let routes.rb take precedence over file names?
I''d like Rails to intercept the url''s of html pages in a certain
directory so I can embed them in my site. I put them in public/pages and
tried to catch them with a route like
map.connect ''pages/:pagename''
However this only works if the file does not exist; e.g.
"pages/test.html" will only be routed if that file doesn''t exist,

Precedence of access parameters
hello all,
im trying to figure out the precedence of security parameters in
smb.conf. i know that settings in specific shares take precedence over
settings in global; 'invalid users' takes precidence over all other
security settings. but others im not so clear on, such as: does 'read
only' take precedence over 'write list'? or do later entries simply
overwrite earlier

include/exclude client/server precedence
Hello list:
Im a new user, poorly skilled programmer and dont understand the precedences
of rules.
I understand that:
module options override global options
but i cant find the relationship between client options and server options.
What i want is to:
#rsync.conf
[module]
include = outlook.pst
exclude = *.pst *.exe *.com *.mp3 etc...
but as i have experienced, these rules only apply if are

R-beta: Precedence of ~ and |
There appears to be a difference between S and R in the relative
precedence of the ~ and | operators. This becomes important when you
try to enter formulas for conditioning expressions, such as those used
in trellis graphics functions. (They are also used in the groupedData
classes that Jose' Pinheiro and I are developing which is where I
encountered this.)
In R:

about AsmMatcherEmitter rules for setting matchables precedence
Hi,
In AsmMatcherEmitter.cpp, the operator “<” for comparing matchables
(MatchableInfo objects) only checks matches that require more features
as the last rule.
I would like to propose that we check for that rule earlier, in the case
of
unrelated UserClasses, before we decide to set precedence based on
UserClass name.
The motivation is that unrelated UserClasses seem to be Immediate

[LLVMdev] LD_LIBRARY_PATH precedence problem
Hi All,
This is encountered when compiling llvm-gcc-4.2 (yeah, it's deprecated, but
still want to play with it :)).
I compiled an old gcc(4.2.1) in my home directory and set the bin to PATH
to work with it.
llvm-gcc compilation failed with the following:
llvm-gcc/obj/./gcc/cc1: /usr/lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.9'
not found.
So seems it didn't try to search the library

Keys from -i should have precedence over agent keys
Hi,
I believe it would make more sense if,
when specifying a key with -i, that key (or keys) should be tried prior to
the keys in the agent.
Otherwise, if I have many keys in my agent, the server will kick me out. I
can see no situation where one would like to use agent keys instead of the
ones explicitly stated.
Do you agree?
The workaround is of course to set the IdentitiesOnly option.

[Bug 1346] PAM environment takes precedence over SendEnv

--- Comment #38 from Damien Miller <djm at mindrot.org> ---
So we could define a channel request that could be interpreted by the
server to attempt to set the locale-related environment variables. How
about something like:
byte SSH_MSG_CHANNEL_REQUEST
uint32 recipient channel

sieve-test ignores precedence and other for vacation
Hello,
I'm using pigeonhole-0.2.3, it works fine.
I tried to verify some build in checks of vacation concerning precedence
or auto-submitted header lines.
It looks like sieve-test ignores header lines like
Auto-Submitted: auto-submitted
Precedence: bulk
Return-Path: MAILER-DAEMON at ...
if I have a vacation script like
require ["vacation", "regex",
