Realtime and PostgreSQL
Has anyone had any luck with PostgreSQL and Realtime? The realtime instructions on voip-info seem pretty straight forward... just not woking for me. I've included all of my config files below, and my console output. Entire console bootup output: [root@abox asterisk]# /usr/sbin/asterisk -vvvvvvc == Parsing '/etc/asterisk/asterisk.conf': Found == Parsing

[Fwd: FW: extconfig.conf]
Hi Andrew, OK, (the simple fact that those machines are not connected to internet makes that i have to go to those machines and copy them on a usb-stick, so it causes some delay each time...) -------- Forwarded Message -------- Sorry - I meant extconfig.conf - not cdr_mysql.conf (my mistake). I use (and done for a long time) mySQL for realtime storage - and it's never let me down (touch

Still stuck trying to make Asterisk read MySQL
I've been continuing to experiment with MySQL. I'm having absolutely no luck getting asterisk to read voicemail configuration data and mailbox configuration data from mysql tables instead of from voicemail.conf. The default Asterisk setup that reads from voicemail.conf and extensions.conf works fine. I'm using Asterisk CVS-v1-0-12/12/04-15:58:29 on a Whitebox Enterprise Linux box.

Where did USE_MYSQL_FRINDS go ? What to use ?

Realtime config
Having problems getting realtime working, I'm trying to use odbc for all of this. I've got Fedora 3 and have been fighting with odbc for a day now. I think I got it working correctly, however I can't seem to get the realtime portion working. In asterisk 'odbc show' shows it connected, I see it on my (odbc) mysql server connected and all, it connects and just idles. So, without

pjsip realtime registrations not pulling from ODBC
I have a pjsip install that is not pulling it's realtime registrations from an ODBC database. When I have them directly pull from a MySQL database everything seems to work. I am having trouble finding a requirements document for the pjsip realtime registrations. Is there some kind of special config that has to be used to trigger the connection for realtime registrations over ODBC?

ODBC problem - static realtime file not loading
Hi all I'm trying to configure my Asterisk setup to load the musiconhold.conf file from an ODBC connection to MySQL, working through the example given in the excellent book "Asterisk: The Definite Guide". I'm using Asterisk 1.4.19 and MySQL 5.1.58. I've configured the ODBC bit and in my GeneralLog on MySQL I can see the asterisk user connecting and sending a few SQL

Asterisk Realtime
Could someone provide some steps for troubleshooting Realtime? I can't see any signs that it's working. I followed and double-checked a few different guides around the net, but haven't been able to figure it out. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL:

auto load SIP peers on startup
Hi all, we use OpenSER together with Asterisk. All SIP users registers with OpenSER and asterisk is doing the voicemail thing. We use the Asterisk RealtimeArchitecture for voicemail users and SIP peers. The database table for the sip peers is a view from the OpenSER subscriber table. The MWI for a user will only work, if the user object (sip peer) is loaded into memory and visible with the CLI

Asterisk 13 - sorcery realtime for pjsip publish objects
Hello, I am currently trying to set up pjsip realtime and would like to have outbound-publish, inbound-publication, and asterisk-publication sorcery object types in ODBC realtime. Is that currently supported? I know that some object types are known working and others are not. I was curious what the status of those objects are. Thanks! PJSIP does not qualify contacts after starting Asterisk
Hi all, (sending this again from the correct address) I'm running Asterisk 13.8.0 (I need to check if that happens with 13.9.1 too when I have the time to build it) with PJSIP realtime config. I've defined several aors in the table ps_aors, like this (real url replaced by myurl): *CLI> pjsip show aor pbx-node-1 Aor: <Aor..............................................>

Asterisk 13 - sorcery realtime for pjsip publish objects
Excellent. I was using ast-13.1.0 with no luck. I upgraded to 13.2.0 and have made it further, but am having a little difficulty. The outbound-publish object types seems to be working in realtime now. But the asterisk-publication object is only reading from sorcery.conf. I know you said that it *should* work, with no guarantee, which I'm fine with. I just want to make sure I don't

Reading Voicemail Config from MySQL
Hi all, I have been trying to get my asterisk (v1.2.10) to lookup voicemail config data from my mysql database as opposed to voicemail.conf + sip.conf for my users. Users register with SER and get passed through to asterisk when they dial out. I followed the instructions as per http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+voicemail+database so basically I have 1) Build asterisk-addons-1.2.5 and
