GLM and LM singularities
Hi- I'm wrestling with some of my data apparently not being called into a GLM or an LM. I'm looking at factors affecting fish annual catch rates (ie. CPUE) over 30 years. rrp.impute: for what sizes does it work?
Hi, I have a survey dataset of about 20000 observations where for 2 factor variables I have about 200 missing values each. I want to impute these using 10 possibly explanatory variables which are a mixture of integers and factors. Problem in loading all packages all at once
Hi All Please see the Rprofile file which i have modified as follows and after that when I start R then I see that R says to me "TRUE" for all the packages implying that all loaded at once. But when i try to use commands as simple as help("lm"), it doesnt work nor any of the menu "Packages" is not working. Although the regression using lm ( Y ~ X ) is working
