Grandstream Firmware 1.0.5.16 Attended Transfer
I've searched for a few days now without finding an answer. The release notes for version 1.0.5.16 of the Grandstream firmware says it supports attended transfer using replace but the docs haven't been updated so I can't work out how to enable it, or whether it should Just Work. I'm currently using the # attended transfer patch for * but would like to get back to using the

KINGSTON SOHO Hub
I just ran into a completely unexpected problem. It appears that the Kingston SOHO Hubs don't do TCP. They do NETBEUI very well. After 4 hours of troubleshooting I went home and got my cheap Bay Networks 8 port hub and everything worked. This is to hopefully prevent others from running into the same problem. Nothing on Kingstons site mentions no TCP support but swapping only the hub worked

Hi folks, As the temperature begins to warm up, I expect more people to show up in February. Since the 13th is half-term, the proposed date is 20th Feb. We're changing the pub again: http://www.kingston-arms.co.uk/ It's very close to The Blue, even closer to the station, and also a very good pub. Please let me know if you're coming, so I can arrange a big enough table. cheers,

Both are formatted as NTFS

I wish to change the ownership and access permissions of files and directories contained on this device. The device is immediately recognized and mounted when plugged in and I can create and move files on it. However, I cannot change either the permissions or the owner of any file or directory on this device, nor of the device mount itself, whether logged in as the owner or as root. Why is this

Supervised/Attended transfers
Hey all, I've been trying to get supervised transfers working without success. I'm currently running 1.0.7-stable and think it might be a version problem. Is the supervised transfer feature available in 1.0.7 or do i need to suck down a new version from CVS? Otherwise, apart from setting up features.conf, is there anything else i'm missing? TIA, Jamie. -- Jamie Carl

Diagnostics for single-observation deletion in Cox models
Hi, Storer and Crowley (JASA 1985) presented an approach for approximating the changes in maximum partial-likelihood parameter estimates for the Cox model when a single observation is deleted. Is there an R implementation of this approach? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Best, Ravi. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------- Ravi
