Hello, I have set up Comedian Mail on my Asterisk system. I am using Voicemail not Voicemail2 in my extensions.conf file. The system works great except for 1 thing...It is not possible to create custom unavailable or greeting messages for 3/4 voicemail boxes. Hello, I saw some conversation about this in the archives, but nothing definitive. If a call comes in over a CO line via the TDM400P, the Comedian Mail recording volume is so low it's inaudible. We just completed a new implementation of voicemail for Asterisk. It's much cleaner than Comedian mail and can emulate several voicemail user interfaces, including Audix. When using the Comedian mail system, we've set up a remote access trunk to dump to the VoicemailMain. Problem is, 90% of the time, the system won't recognize the key tones from the PSTN. anyone else have this problem and end up solving it? We're using Real Time setup, but the problem can't be there because it's not even reading the username/password from the caller.
