similar to: call forwarding when busy - single pots blues

I am trying to use ChanIsAvail to detect the best route for a call. I am testing by dialing an extension that is then forwarded to the DID. Normally it will be an incoming PSTN call that is forwarded. When I try it, I get put on hold for a few seconds and miss the beginning of the recorded message. Hello, MOH always is choppy when someone calls from a cell phone to my pots or nufone 866. It sounds fine when it originates from a land line. I use zaptel hardware, and plenty of resources. Hi, I seem to have a problem with chanisavail and the call limits on sip phones(incoming and outgoing) The problem seems to be that chanisavail when trying create to create channels and hanging them up afterwards screw up the current usage limit on the phones.
