Does anyone know anything about the Fidelio and Mitel protocol for hotel / motel? Are these industry standards or proprietary formats? Has anyone really looked at the costs for Astricon. But the hotel costs. $111.00 USD per night.. come on guys give me a break. I will not be staying at that hotel. I'm trying to prepare some cross tabs, looking at a number of variables against a variable "connector" which has 2 values: "OD Passenger" and " Connector". When I produce a xtabs one way I have observations under "Connector" but against a different variable "Connector" shows all 0 values. What is wrong? I've looked into the na commands
