WiFi phone radiation regulation?
All,
I just had the fortune to take one of the new Senao Wifi SIP phones for
a short test drive. First look - it's a nice, compact phone. Weighs
around 87g and roughly the size of a Nokia 6210. More on the those
later. The thing that struck me was the RF power, it's rated at 100mw
(20dBm). That's 10 times more than any of the other brands out on the
market Cisco, WiSIP, Zyxel

WiFi Phones (was Looking for Wireless Heaset for Polycom 501)
Martin:
I had seen your other post and sent you a message off-list, but I never got
a response. What do you feel is the most lacking that does not make it ready
for a production enviroment.

I've been using a SIP deskphone in my office and usually some sort of ATA at
my house, both as the primary phone. I've also had mobile phones from almost
every carrier. Each one of these devices

Running asterisk on ARM (TS-7800) 1.4.23.1
Hi,
I'm trying to run Asterisk 1.4.23.1 on a small ARM linux board (TS-7800).
Everything compiles fine, but on startup Asterisk always crashes while
loading chan_sip.
If chan_sip is removed, it starts up fine, but I really need SIP to work.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

I am investigating getting a wifi VoIP phone because its may be a better

Does anyone have any experience with the whats out there??
Do they support things like WPA etc??
I have heard the battery life can be a problem.. Is this the case?
Thanks..

SIP over 3G Mobile Network using NAT
Dear,
Kindly guide with the 2 issues mentioned below
*#1* - *Host unreachable 0 last qualify 0 (only in 3G**)*
I am trying to use SIP client over 3G. It registers and call can be
initiated from the client but it can't receive call; cause *asterisk
sever *marks it as unreachable immediately after registration.

Trouble with mChoice() in the Hmisc package.
Hi All:--
I've started using the the Hmisc reporting facilities recently, mostly
successfully. I'm having some trouble with mChoice() multiple-choice
objects, though. Here's some example code and output from R-help a
couple of years ago:
library(Hmisc)
Symptom1 <- c("Headache", "Headache", NA)
Symptom2 <- c(NA, "Anxiety", NA)

1. As you know, many ISOs aren't ISOHybrids.
2. Regardless, Rufus is smart enough to detect ISOHybrids and

wip5000 crash AP
Good day all
I have about 26 Hitachi WIP 5000
They all connect to the 4 Senao Long range AP's 11mb
They all have the same ssi but 2 runs on channel 11 and 2 on channel 1
This way the roaming works well!
We added a UPS and got POE injectors for each AP
BUT..for some reason each now and the the AP's will crash, you can find a
signal when you scan, and you can ping it, the only way to

namespaces and behaviour of LIST and SELECT with leading ~
Hi
One weirdness when going through the code:
(We are migrating from WU-IMAP and have users with a mixture of ~/IMAP/
and ~/Mail/ for storing mail - but all user INBOX=~/.email thankfully.
IMAP client config is even more random and we have 1800 users.
I have been playing with namespaces to translate various prefixes ala:
default_mail_env =
mbox:%h/:INBOX=%h/.email:INDEX=/var/cache/dovecot/%n

NA's in multiple choice summary table in Hmisc
Hi,
I have a set of 30 binary variables measuring side effects after drug
treatment. Since each subject can have multiple side effects, I want to
display these side effects in a multiple choice table. I'm using the summary
and mChoice functions of the Hmisc package, because it produces nicely
formatted latex tables. My problem is, that table includes a category for
people who have at

I/O performance problems on Dell 1850 w/ PERC 4e/Si RAID1 (Sol 10U6)
I''ve got Solaris 10 U6 with a ZFS boot/root installed on a Dell 1850 here, patched up as of this morning (kernel 141415-10). The system is running with hardware-mirrored disks, via the LSI MegaRAID controller, a PERC 4e/Si. 4G of RAM, one dual-core 3.4GHz CPU.
The system is a simple mail hub, and it does the task very well. Most files exist only very briefly, and thus rarely touch the

Yep. Very first paragraph of the std::vector description (23.2.4p1): "
The elements of a vector are stored contiguously, meaning that if v is
a vector<T, Allocator> where T is some type other than bool, then it
