The sniff below would lead me to believe that it might be possible to have asterisk spoof the User-Agent field and register itself? Any thoughts/feedback? I got a call from an ISP friend tonight who said he is getting calls from people who are getting signed up with Vonage. Instead of sending them ATA186s, apparently they're receiving something made by Motorola. They apparently work significantly differently than the Cisco units, and there have been some problems. I have a small pile of them from customers who were too lazy to send them back after switching to our local voice service... Is there any hope of ever using these things with Asterisk?
