Re: win32-service ideas
Park, Shashank,
It turns out I was doing something stupid with regards to Dir.chdir in
testing, which appears to be the reason it was failing.
It seems to work now. Hooray!
Shashank, I''ll take a look at your errors and see if I can nail them down.
The RPC message is one that I got from time to time, but from what I can
tell, it''s bogus or a system config/permissions

Changes to ClassViewer
Kevin,
Very cool. I initially tried to figure out how to do it without those
evals, but I failed (thanks for picking up the slack :) Your changes
definitely improved the code, and made it much cleaner. Thanks.
By the way, what is pickaxe? I''m not familiar with that term.

ATA (private) --> Xp (NAT/DHCP) --> Internet -->Asterisk (Public IP)
I can't get the sip to work. I am getting so frunstrated. It seems that
this should be so easy to do. My XP has no settings to forward the RTP
ports. How is this suppose to work. They describe it all over the internet
that it will work, but I need the exact details. I have spent way to much
time for what I have (nothing).
Please help

Silly question.
After tinkering with tinc for a while I was able to get two Windows XP to
connect with each other.
("tincd -d" is your friend) ;-)
http://tinc.nl.linux.org/examples/windows-install
makes no mention of installing cygwin
It makes no mention of installing zlib, LZO, or OpenSSL.
Some older documentation/examples I found does.
Everything seems to be working. :-)
tinc.conf contains

Policies - deny some nubers
Hi,
I had asterisk installed, ISDN-adapter, some x-lite software-phones and I
can call betweens the softphone- and 'normal' phones during the ISDN-card.
2 questions now
1) Is it posible to create policies, so that some SIP-users can dial ALL
numbers, and some SIP-users not are allowed to dial eg. 900xxx-numbers,
30xxxxxx (mobilphones), 40xxxx(long distance)
and if possible on time

New tutorial added!
Hey guys,
It''s been awhile, but I''ve put up a new tutorial page on Wx::Frame. It''s
the first half of the tutorial on Frame, the rest will come a little later.
Let me know what you guys think. Any comments or criticisms are welcome.
Let me know what was good and what could have been better, so that future
tutorials will be able to incorporate those improvements.

Timeout Gives T in cdr.
Hi,
If I do this in extensions.conf
exten => 411,1,Dial(IAX2/hhandresen@iaxtel/18005558355@iaxtel,40,rS(10))
the line is cut of in 10 sec., thats fine, but in CDR I got dst as T, and
not 411.
How can I handle this so I still get kicked of after 10 sec., but get 411
as dst in my cdr ?

Asterisk on 64bit ?
Hi,
A'm about to set up a asterisk for 5000 users, and the customer had a 64bit
server - can asterisk compile on that ? I will use a digium X100P for timing
use will that do on a 64bit ? (I'm using SUSE91 kernel 2.6)
What else ? Is it posible to have only one server for 5000 users ? I gues
that it will be 5-700 sim. users only talking sip, and IAX2 to my
PSTN-Gateway.
The system is

Andresen Algorithm
Actually I figured out that it is:
opt -cfl-anders-aa *.ll
But now I noticed that I need the graph that it computes, and it doesn't
seem to emit that.

Fwd: package interflex
I can understand why it changes the game.
It would be sweet if we could do something like r2u for Debian, but for now

Do you mind clarifying what you do here? Do you operate Ubuntu when working
in R? Or do you somehow operate Ubuntu to manage R packages and
dependencies, and then switch back into Debian to carry
