Newbie - getting two local phones to communicate would be a good start :)
Hi This is hard work :) I have read the Asterisk Handbook, BudgeTone User Manual, Andy Powell's useful notes, Zac Sprackett's Asterisk Resource Pages and more. I am not a linux newbie but am new to Asterisk. I have failed to find any docs that explain how to get a very very simple, minimal, system up and I am trying to get the following to work: 2 BudgePhone 102D connected on a LAN to a

Newbie - MWI
Sorry for the partial post a moment ago With help I got two phones communicating - PCMA/PCMU was the problem. Next stpe is to try voicemail. VM works fine, I can leave a mesage and then retrieve it - but no MWI on the phone and no stutter dialtone. I promise I've spent the requisite 4 hours + on google etc. but have really no further ideas. The setup is 2 Grandstream phones (latest

WERR_BAD_NET_RESP on replication
Regarding the groups, now it's all right. Another doubt is about this bydefaults entry. The dc4 has this entry, but the dc3 does not. The dc3 is the fmso roles guy. Does it work that way or is there something wrong there? * Comparing [DOMAIN] context... * DN lists have different size: 5702 != 5703 * DNs found only in ldap://DC4:

Would it be possible to recreate this entry or the best thing to do is to change the roles to dc4 and provision another DC instead of dc3? setting gfid on .trashcan/... failed - total outage
Hello, recently we had two times a partial gluster outage followed by a total outage of all four nodes. Looking into the gluster mailing list i found a very similar case in http://lists.gluster.org/pipermail/gluster-users/2016-June/027124.html but i'm not sure if this issue is fixed... even this outage happened on glusterfs 3.7.18 which gets no more updates since ~.20 i would kindly ask

Sieve "foreverypart" and "mime" extensions (RFC 5703) now implemented
Hi, I have finally managed to implement the Sieve "foreverypart" and "mime" extensions (RFC 5703). These are now included in the main Mercurial repository and will be included in the next release. I will be fixing a few minor details in the coming week; e.g., interaction with "include" and "editheader" extensions needs more work. Still, in the mean time,

INTERNAL ERROR
Hi all I have got a samba-3.0.13 (hot off the press) PDC running here that also works as a print server printig via cups-1.1.23. As a backend I use openldap-2.2.11 What I get in my log files is what you see below. It seems this only happens when the user prints a *.pdf file. The message shows up once in a while, definetly not for every print job that gets submitted. Printing of those *.pdf

dovecot lda and quota plugin with mysql
Dear all, I have postfix delivering to dovecot lda (via spamassinassin). I have configured the quota plugin, but it does not seem to respect the details in the quota table in mysql. The query I have used looks correct to me, and the user can connect to the database. I wonder if someone might put me straight on the misconfiguration. Best wishes, j. # Relevant portions of dovecot -n:
