I recently switched from Mandrake to Redhat and I noticed that vmail.cgi does not work with the default apache installation that comes with Redhat. That is set up via the config file and is used for accessing the stream. I do not believe there is ever any static radiofree.ogg file created. It is used for streaming purposes only.
