I figured it out. The old system (Televantage 3 and 4 I think) has limited specifications on the T1. After setting up the system, I was able to send and recieve calls. This means you could take a DSO, produce a textual stub, modify it however you wish, and then produce a linkable binary stub from that modified .tbe.
