Final(?) changes committed
Hi, In addition to the strptime change that Darren has just committed to fix Irix, I have committed a change to ssh(1) that affects all platforms: > - djm at cvs.openbsd.org 2010/08/12 21:49:44 > [ssh.c] > close any extra file descriptors inherited from parent at start and > reopen stdin/stdout to /dev/null when forking for ControlPersist. > > prevents tools that

Working with PAM stages
Hi, I?m trying to develop a PAM module with OpenSSH, and I realized I need to retrieve something in a later stage that was saved in another previous stage. As far as my tests on OpenSSH 7.6 go, the password auth route goes through PAM auth, account, session, and the session stage is in a different UNIX process from the process where auth and account take place. For the key auth route, auth stage

Call for testing: OpenSSH-6.0
Hi, OpenSSH 6.0 is almost ready for release, so we would appreciate testing on as many platforms and systems as possible. This release contains a couple of new features and changes and bug fixes. Testing of the new sandboxed privilege separation mode (see below) would be particularly appreciated. Snapshot releases for portable OpenSSH are available from http://www.mindrot.org/openssh_snap/ The

Make SSH_ORIGINAL_COMMAND available in AuthorizedKeysCommand context

Is this possible ? can anybody give me advice on going into this ? If possible, I'll use this SSH_ORIGINAL_COMMAND to send client specifics information to the AuthorizedKeysCommand script. Currently, the only alternative

Call for testing: OpenSSH 6.7
Must have bolluxed something up in the compile environment - that or http://www.mindrot.org/openssh_snap/openssh-SNAP-20140828.tar.gz had a configure tweak that fixed it. All systems tested now build and pass all tests. That said - the stupid race condition in that one test is cropping up sporadically still - I think it's related to the load (or lack thereof) on the VM host. With, of
