Feature request: "SetupCommand" invoked before connecting
Hi,
(I'm not subscribed to the list, so please CC me on reply.)
I'd like to request adding a feature to OpenSSH:
Task:
~~~~~
It is quite sometime useful to invoke a program prior to connecting to
an ssh server. The most common use case will probably be port knocking.
That is a small program sends certain packets to a server and the server
reacts to this by unlocking the ssh port, which
OpenSSH 5.1: call for testing
Hi,
OpenSSH 5.1 is almost ready for release, so we would appreciate testing
on as many platforms and systems as possible. This release is one of
the biggest in recent years, with two hackathons' worth of improvements
and fixes for some of our most recalcitrant bugs.
Snapshot releases for portable OpenSSH are available from
[PATCH v2 1/2] nvkm/clk/gf100+: Clean up PLL locking test
Corresponds with GT215. Don't rely on the lock test logic being unconditionally
enabled, and disable test logic when done (presumably to save power).
v2: Remove warning, nvkm_msec already warns on time-out
Test Status OpenSSH 7.1 P2 on HPE NSE
Hi All,
Just reporting in on how testing has gone. After reducing obs to 32k max and
banners to a max of 10000, plus some minor platform changes - root is not 0,
for example, all normal tests have passed except for:
multiplex - hangs at the end of this output. We had a similar issue that
single reads of data were not working in dd but that does not seem to be the
case in this test suite.
PM + Init work
Following a series of three patches, two of which have been sitting in my tree
for a while, the third is the result of some inspection of an NV134 BIOS that
seems to use the 0xaf upcode to upload training patterns. Please test!
race condition with ControlMaster=auto
There is a race in the setup of the ControlMaster socket in auto mode, as
illustrated by the following command line:
ssh -oControlMaster=auto -oControlPath=sock localhost 'sleep 1; echo 1' &
ssh -oControlMaster=auto -oControlPath=sock localhost 'sleep 2; echo 2' &
Both of the commands will try to start up as a control client, find that
sock does not exist, and switch into
Dovecot proxying to some backend using LOGIN proxy_mech
Hello list,
I am currently testing a setup for a PoC wit this configuration.
- 1 x Frontend dovecot for proxying IMAP/POP3/LMTP/ManageSieve/Submission
- 2 x Backend dovecot with local mail storage
The frontend does the user authentification and communicate with the backends using a master password
The fronted accepts PLAIN and LOGIN auth mechanisms and talk with backends using PLAIN auth
dsync: assert panic on mbox // no INBOX sync on hybrid mbox/maildir
Hi,
This (hopefully!) might be a case of user error, as I'm new to
dovecot... Alternatively it might be some confusion in an index, since
I've been mucking about trying different things in my configuration
files and had frequent crashes.
I'm trying to sync 2 (LAN) hosts, ideally to have full automatic
replication happening.
They both have hybrid mbox INBOX and maildir++ folders,
Feature request: fsh-like functionality
I have recently found the "fsh" program (http://www.lysator.liu.se/fsh/) which offered exactly what I needed. It is a great program but it is not maintained and was even thrown out of Debian because it was claimed that OpenSSH provided anything FSH offers. In fact, however, I miss a few features in OpenSSH that could easily be added inspired by FSH and make a very valuable addition in
Portforwarding using the control master.
Hi all,
currently I am considering writing a patch for OpenSSH that will allow
portforwarding using the control_master unix domain socket. The idea is
to introduce an extra SSHMUX command, SSHMUX_COMMAND_SOCKS, which will
then pass control to the normal socks functions used for dynamic
forwarding.
The main reason for me to write this patch are:
- some more control over who gets to connect to
ControlPersist.
This is a better approach to persistent control masters than my previous
attempt. Instead of forking before we make the connection, do so only
when the original session has closed -- much like the code for '~&'
backgrounding already does.
My earlier patch for 'ControlPath none' still applies and is required, btw.
NVA3 clock tree improvements
Following a series of patches to improve nouveaus clock tree parsing. Reclocking these engines (all but memory) is pretty stable on the cards I've tested. Please review and merge when approved.
These patches do not solve the problem that core/shader engine doesn't like to be clocked up too far without fb following, with visible corruption as a result. I suspect this problem is unrelated
IAX - Equivalent of SipAddHeader
Hi list,
is there any existing IAX command to add information to a call like
SipAddHeader? Another solution is sending text frame (0x07) frame type,
but I don know how do it in a dialplan.
Thanks for any hint.
