[PATCH/RFC 0/6] New mux client request to list open tcp forwardings.
These patches implement a new mux client request to list the currently opened
TCP forwardings. It also removes some todos regarding keeping the list
of forwardings in the options up-to-date.
Bert Wesarg (6):
attach the forwarding type to struct Forward
merge local and remote forward lists
generate unique ids for forwardings to be used for identification
remove closed forwardings from

double length prefix in ssh-keygen certificates (values of critical options)
Hi,
I have a question regarding the binary format of the certificates generated
with ssh-keygen, in particular when the critical options of source-address
or force-command are present and the correspondence to the certificate
format specifications such as
http://cvsweb.openbsd.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb/src/usr.bin/ssh/PROTOCOL.certkeys?rev=HEAD
.
It appears that the string values of the source-address

4.2 and the 'last' command
We've run into an interesting dilemma regarding last log information and
ssh 4.2p1. In 3.8, we didn't see this problem, but now has cropped up
in 4.2.
When a user logs in, sshd seems to call 'last' to get the last log
information. 'last' then opens the /var/log/wtmp file and processes the
information. On some systems, this file can be quite large, and we're
seeing

privsep
i think our strategy for privsep is to just keep portable sync'd closely
with openbsd's tree, even though things will be broken wrt privsep for
many platforms. then we just get primary one's working and work out
issues as we go along. i'll start to work on sun and hp-ux again
tomorrow.

strange h323 delay issue
Hello,
I have a strange h323 issue. After executing command
"Dial("SIP/333-0d1dfe00", "H323/361737052390920 at ccg|5|tT")" at Oct 18
22:32:23. Meanwile I have sniffing traffic on port 1720. The call was
established just at Oct 18 22:33:03 (New H.323 Connection created.) and also
packet sniffer grabs the h323 invites at this time also. So my question is

Dovecot search message problem
Hi
I have a dovecot installed on debian 10 using solr to have a better search
speed in emails.
I am observing after an upgrade of the debian dovecot package the error

ADS Trouble authorizing users.
Hi all,
I've set up a CentOS machine with samba version 3.0.28-1.el5_2.1 to join a
Windows 2003 ADS. Everything seemed to go fine while joining the domain:
[root@mailserver ~]# net ads join -U administrator
administrator's password:
Using short domain name -- MYDOMAIN
Joined 'MAILSERVER' to realm 'MYDOMAIN.LOCAL'
The trouble I'm having is authorizing users.

OpenSSH for OS/390
I have been trying to compile OpenSSH_4.7p1 for OS/390 and got really stuck. IBM released a build of v3.8.1p1 several years ago, but I do not know whether anyone else has ever managed to compile it for OS/390 or OS/z.
The first problem is that the build apparently performs ssh transport exchange using EBCDIC character encoding instead of ASCII (which breaks RFC 4253) and I am not sure how to do

xmalloc(foo*bar) -> xcalloc(foo, bar) for Portable
Hi All.
While wandering in auth-pam.c I noticed that there's a few Portable-specific
escapees from the xmalloc(foo * bar) cleanup.
There's also a "probably can't happen" integer overflow in
ssh-rand-helper.c with the memset:
num_cmds = 64;
- entcmd = xmalloc(num_cmds * sizeof(entropy_cmd_t));
+ entcmd = xcalloc(num_cmds, sizeof(entropy_cmd_t));

ssh-agent and ssh2 servers...
I'm not on the mailing list, so I'd appreciate it if you could cc: me,
though I will keep an eye on the archives.
I am running openssh 2.2.0p1 on Debian GNU/Linux. I was pleased to
see that 2.2.0p1 had support for DSA keys in the agent, and I have
successfully used the v2 protocol to another openssh server with the
agent providing authentication.
I am also able to successfully connect

Viewing cetificate details
Hi,
I don't see any way to view the details of a certificate once it is
generated. Having such a capability would be very handy for debugging
purposes to check what constraints, principals, and validity interval
are associated with a given cert.

ssh(1) multiplexing rewrite
Hi,
At the n2k10 OpenBSD network hackathon, I finally got some time to clean
up and rewrite the ssh(1) client multiplexing code. The attached diffs
(one for portable OpenSSH, one for OpenBSD) are the result, and they
need some testing.
The revised multiplexing code uses a better protocol between the master
and slave processes and I even bothered to write it up :) It tracks the
control sockets

Certified Asterisk 11.6 Menuselect
Has there been a change in the way certified Asterisk is being packaged?
Starting with certified Asterisk 11.6 has all the extended options are
checked by default in menuslect? Certified Asterisk 11.2 does not have them
checked and neither does certified Asterisk 1.8.15?
Thanks,
Ryan

sftp/scp performance testing
Folks, I've noticed poor performance using sftp. If anyone has any
advice on how to improve performance, I'd like to hear it. Test simply
involved transferring a single 143MB MP3 file using defaults for all the
program configs. The opensshd 3.0.2p1 server is used in all tests.
Software:
openssh suite 3.0.2p1

shutting down a mysql server renders cdr_mysql dead and asterisk nolonger makes or receives calls
At approximately 3:15pm I shut down the office MySQL server to change
out some hardware. Shortly after I received a call from one of two
customers whose asterisk servers output CDR data to that server. They
could not place or receive calls. Shortly after that I received a call
from the other customer. I'm below providing output from the message
log (At debug level). I don't see much
