Hello, I was re-generating the moduli for SSH, and during that process I noticed that, when running the following command: ssh-keygen -M screen -O prime-tests=600 -O generator=3 -f moduli-2048-01.candidates moduli-2048-01c It does not produce any errors, only the following: ebug2: ???1467763: (4) Sophie-Germain debug2: ???1467763: generator 0 != 3 debug2: ???1467764: (4) Sophie-Germain

Script for Stackdepth by Thread/LWP?
I''m interested in monitoring the amount of stack used by a multi-threaded program. I assume ''stackdepth'' built-in would be useful...but not sure. Been through demo''s, ToolKit, and internals..but it''s just not clicking for me yet. Not sure how to measure start/end of stack size dynamically...Anyone know how to break this down? NFS Mounted GlusterFS, secondary groups not working
Howdy, I have a GlusterFS 3.1 volume being mounted on a client using NFS. From the client I created a directory under the mount point and set the permissions to root:groupa 750 My user account is a member of groupa on the client, yet I am unable to list the contents of the directory: $ ls -l /gfs/dir1 ls: /gfs/dir1/: Permission denied $ ls -ld /gfs/dir1 rwxr-x--- 9 root groupa 73728 Nov 9

network config not working on newer libvirt
Greetings, up until a year ago, I was running a server with Debian 10 (stable) on it with the latest versions of libvirt, qemu and kernel 4.19.x Debian 10 had to offer (both libvirt and qemu versions were really old). the network config was simple, one of the vm acted as a router and provided the ip for both the host and the vm. I've recently switched distro and now I'm running latest

memory and bootstrapping
hello, the following questions will without doubt reveal some fundamental ignorance, but hopefully you can still help me out. I'd like to bootstrap a coefficient gained on the basis of the coefficients in a logistic regression model (the mean differences in the predicted probabilities between two groups, where each predict() operation uses as the newdata-argument a dataframe of equal size as

virsh vol-download uses a lot of memory
Hi all: I am using the libvirt version that comes with Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS. I have written a script that backs up my virtual machines every night. I want to limit the amount of memory that this backup operation consumes, mainly to prevent page cache thrashing. I have described the Linux page cache thrashing issue in detail here:

OpenSSH 4.4p1 under Mac OS X 10.3.9
Hi there, I've run into a strange problem. I have just finished building OpenSSH 4.4p1 against openssl 0.9.8d under Mac OS X 10.3.9 and 10.4.7. Both were installed as updates to OpenSSH 4.3p2/openssl 0.9.8c (not Apple's obsolete versions which are bypassed). The 10.4.7 build works as expected, whereas the 10.3.9 build throws Disconnecting: Bad packet length 2477450673. when I

The new error in the log is Failed hostbased for xxx from nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn That is followed by the usual Accepted hostbased for xxx from nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn and the host based authentication continues to work correctly despite the new

Patch: Unix Domain Socket Forwards for 4.4p1
I've updated the streamlocal patch for OpenSSH 4.4p1. http://www.25thandclement.com/~william/projects/streamlocal.html This patch allows for local and remote forwards, to and from Unix domain sockets. Simply specify the socket path, enclosed within squares braces (i.e. -L[/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432]:[/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432]) as the origin and/or destination of the -R and -L switches. This patch also
