TLS timeout with Thunderbird
I'm trying to get dovecot working with various clients on my new
mailserver. I installed the base rc2 that comes with OpenBSD 4.0,
then upgraded to rc14 when I ran into problems with TLS and
Thunderbird. The server has no problems with Mail.app on my laptop,
but any connection attempts from Thunderbird timeout after the TCP
handshake.

Weird TCP problem
Last week, I started seeing very strange behavior in one of the networks
that I manage.
The office LAN uses a Linux firewall which masquerades their
workstations over their DSL connection. There are probably ~75
workstations in the office LAN.
Their mail server is in a collocated facility nearby. That server has
an RFC1918 address; its router does SNAT to forward packets to the system.

good point of view.
Ok, let's try:
root at mail2:/home/spaziouser# tcpdump -ni eth0 port 8000

VLAN tagging problems
We are using Centos behind an F5 Bigip load balancer.
The linux box is using bonding and tagged VLAN's
Everything works fine except that when traffic is forwarded from the BigIP
to the linux box on the VLAN where the web server is running the linux box
returns the traffic on the wrong VLAN, It returns traffic on the lowest
ordered VLAN.

Problem with packet mangling over 2 links
Hi
I have a strange problem. I have a firewall with 3 nics.
1 - lan
2 - leased line or diginet
3 - connected to adsl modem
I have 2 tables in defined in /etc/iproute2/rt_tables:
200 diginet
201 adsl
The ADSL modem has an IP of 192.168.0.1 and is configured to initiate
the PPPOE connection. I can mark packets within the network destined
for port 80 successfully:
ip ro add default via x.x.x.x

compiling R-1.0.1 under Solaris
Dear all,
I am trying to compile R version 1.0.1 under Solaris on a SUNsparcUltra10.
Note that I'm doing this in my home directory as I cannot do it as root.
The configure script seems to run correctly and issues as the last few lines:

R is now configured for sparc-sun-solaris2.7

Blind Transfer Won't Hangup
I'm using FreePBX 2.5.2.2 with Asterisk 1.6.1.4. If I make a call and
then decide to blind transfer them using ## my side of the call is not
hung up. Instead it sends me to voicemail. If somebody calls me and
then I blind transfer them with ## I am hung up on as expected.
I called from 8678 to 28688. I then transferred the call to 8532.
Asterisk acts like it wants to hang up, but then

Signed Dynamic DNS Updates with Internal DNS [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]
UNCLASSIFIED
I just installed SAMBA 4 as the PDC on a new standalone Windows network (https://wiki.samba.org/index.php/Samba4/HOWTO#Samba_AD_management).
Everything appears to be working correctly except for signed dynamic updates.
Non-secure updates work fine. A, AAAA and PTR records are added to DNS when a PC joins the domain or I issue ipconfig /registerdns.
Using wireshark, I see the
