hook for configuring checking of \example{} sections of the documentation during R CMD check
Dear all,
In a new package, I try to check the examples given in the \example section of the Rd files.
However, the examples cannot be run if the package is not instructed, during startup time, in the place where some data are to be found ( with system.file("exampleData", "xyz", package="rcqp").
Is there any hook available, or a place where some code might be

I'm trying to install rgl 0.71 on a redhat enterprise 4, x86_64. I have
tried using R 2.2.1, 2.3.1, and 2.5.0. I have successfully installed

[LLVMdev] CFG Customization
Hi John, thank you for your answer.
Sorry if I was not clear ^^'
I try to build a RCG (Resource Control Graph) which is a CFG with a
weight.
In my case, this weight corresponds to the number of heap allocations.
Then I want to add this weight to each node (then basic block) of this
graph.
I think that a CFG is a GraphTraits<BasicBlock*> then I suppose that
this RCG will be

bilinear and non linear
Dear all,
there are R packages able to simulate or estimate bilinear model for time
series?
I know it is an open problem, but do exist something for very simplified
bilinear models?
Alternatively, what kinfd of non linear time series models are performed
in R?
If R is not able, could someone suggest me for some commercial softwares
to deal with bilinear models?
i'm afraid of a negative

System: SunOS 4.1.4

CONFIGURE PROBLEM:
The warnings included below occur because of missing include files for each
compilation test.
Specifically:
sys/audit.h needs sys/types.h and sys/label.h
sys/dir.h needs sys/types.h
PARTIAL FIX:
Most of the machinery for the sys/types.h dependency is already

Contribution to 3.8.1pl1
Hello,
I added the support for netgroups to be used in the
AllowUsers and DenyUsers parameters. This has some
advantages:
* hostnames or ip addresses need not to be written or
maintained in the sshd_config file, but can be kept
abstract names what also simplifies a bit largescale
openssh installations
* sshd_config needs not change and sshd be restarted
when changing the list of allowed /

Configuration Warnings OpenSSH 4.3p2
I don't know enough about this to know if these warnings mean that
I can't build it or not.
Also, since I'm e-mailing anyway, how can I tell what options were
compiled into my exiting ssh:
My system is freeBSD 4.11.
PC% ssh -V
OpenSSH_3.5p1 FreeBSD-20030924, SSH protocols 1.5/2.0, OpenSSL 0x0090704f
