Different results depending on the user launching rsync
Hi
Exactly the same command shows different rsync results depending on the
user executing the rsync.
If I execute rsync as root I get a proper result but if I execute as
user_x there seems to be many files that require updating.
Here is the command I execute
/opt/local/bin/rsync -avuzhn --relative -e ssh
--exclude-from=/TT_TCM/SEA/scripts/LMI/backup_exclude_files_norelative.t

LiveStorageMigration Error "The attempt to mark the VDI as hidden failed "
Hello.
We are moving some VMs on XCP 1.6 from an iSCSI Storage to another.
One VM gave the following error: The attempt to mark the VDI as hidden failed
But, all data has been moved to the new storage, the VM is working and at first sight seems ok.
But can I trust it? Anyboday had similar errors?
Thanks
Thomas

Using dovecot sasl for authenticating in openldap
Hi,
I am using dovecot imaps and exim, both authenticating using dovecot-sasl. To keep passwords in one place I would like
to authenticate openldap users over dovecot-sasl.
So looking at this page:
http://www.openldap.org/doc/admin24/security.html
I figure it could be done using Pass-Through authentication.
For this, I need to create
/usr/lib/sasl2/slapd.conf
And adding a few config

[PATCH 2/4] drm/dp_mst: Pass entire connector to drm_dp_mst_topology_mgr_init()
There's no actual reason we pass the connector ID instead of a pointer
to the connector itself, and we're going to need the entire connector
(but only temporarily) in order to name MST debugfs folders properly
since connector IDs can't be looked up until the driver has been
registered with userspace which happens after debugfs init.
So, just pass the entire drm_connector struct

Where do I get detailed information about oplock-types and possible errors?
Hello,
I would like to know, what the oplock 'EXCLUSIVE+BATCH' exactly
means. Does anybody know a good manual about samba's oplocks?
Could it possibly cause oplock-trouble and even disconnections, if
a user is constantly logged in on one AD-workstations and also
frequently accesses network files from a WinXP+SP2 workstation (that is
not part of the AD-Domain) via

Stuck here - help please
Thank you for the reply.
I have done the sync manually with "doveadm sync" command. But, I have not
configured the replication yet.
I am looking at the below webpage for the replication.
https://wiki.dovecot.org/Replication
I am using the dovecot version "2.2.36". I am confused with what needs to
be done after reading that page.
1. They are talking about v2.3.1 and v2.2+.

If you don't tell dovecot where to replicate, nothing gets replicated.

[PATCH v2 0/4] drm/dp_mst: Add DP MST debugfs nodes for all drivers
This is the next version of my patch series for teaching DRM how to
automatically create debugfs nodes for drivers with MST topologies. This
was originally intended just for nouveau, but has since been expanded to
all DRM drivers.
Changes since previous version:
- Fix documentation error that got noticed by the kbuild bot in
