similar to: Partial authentication

Hi, I don't mean to be annoying, but it seems like there isn't any interest in partial authentication. Is this true? It's not a future plan for OpenSSH to have this feature? I'd just like to know if I'm on my own or not. Thanks Erik.

It might very useful since "namespace" for unix sockets is much bigger than for tcp ports and it would be easier to avoid any "name" clashes. Hi all, I have a user who is reporting excessive amounts of lost characters when using SYSLINUX (PXELINUX actually) over a serial port at 38400 bps. What is somewhat bizarre is that he has a very high quality server with a Cyclades board, and yet he's losing characters in the PXELINUX->server direction. Has anyone else seen this? Thanks, -hpa
