OpenSSH 3.1: ssh-rand-helper
Dear openssh-developers,
the new external program ssh-rand-helper appeared in
OpenSSH 3.1. While the SFTP_SERVER is defined using
a _PATH_SFTP_SERVER pointing to SFTP_SERVER in Makefile.in
and defining a default-path in pathnames.h the ssh-rand-helper
is simply SSH_RAND_HELPER and defined with a fixed path
in Makefile.in and not having a default in pathnames.h.
I propose a handling analogous to

R_LIBS_USER bugs
Hi,
Having currently a big problem with R 2.10.1 vanilla (Solaris):
As soon as the R_LIBS_USER env var gets bigger than 1023 chars R
completely ignores it and uses the default:
> Sys.getenv('R_LIBS_USER');
R_LIBS_USER
"${R_LIBS_USER-~/R/i386-pc-solaris2.11-library/2.10}"
The strange thing is, if I set another envar to the same

rgl: bogus configure[.ac] (PR#14183)
Full_Name: Jens Elkner
Version: 2.10.1
OS: Solaris
Submission from: (NULL) (141.44.24.14)
The configure.ac is bogus, since it does not include additional library pathes
at the right place and thus fails. E.g.:
$R_HOME/bin/R CMD INSTALL -l $PROTO/R/library \
--configure-args='--with-gl-includes=/usr/X11/include/NVIDIA
--with-gl-libs=/usr/X11/lib/NVIDIA/amd64' $TMPBUILD

understanding zfs/thunoer "bottlenecks"?
Currently I''m trying to figure out the best zfs layout for a thumper wrt. to read AND write performance.
I did some simple mkfile 512G tests and found out, that per average ~ 500 MB/s seems to be the maximum on can reach (tried initial default setup, all 46 HDDs as R0, etc.).
According to http://www.amd.com/us-en/assets/content_type/DownloadableAssets/ArchitectureWP_062806.pdf I would

3.6p1 bug on SCO OpenServer
SCO OpenServer 5.0.x
Openssh 3.6p1
loginrec.c writes incorrect data into the ut_id field of the utmp file.
This has been an issue since at least openssh 3.0.2 but I never bothered
to report it. For Openssh 3.6p1, defining WITH_ABBREV_NO_TTY corrects
the problem. Below is a brief patch to configure which does this. You
can observe the errant results in the "Line" column from the

error message RFE
I would like to file a bug report for the error message:
kernel: floppy0: data CRC error: track 77, head 1, sector 3, size 2
The error is real, it is the message that is in error. Where do I file this?
