I rather like agedu It probably does what you want.
But as Mohammad says you do have to traverse your filesystem.

Hi Alex, John
Thanks for confirming my suspicion that there is no getting away from POSIX
tree traversal . I was aware of age-du but not robinhood.
Cheers

OpenSSH 2.5.1 compatibility problem
SSH server specs:

Redhat Linux 6.2
Custom built 2.2.17 kernel
OpenSSL 0.9.5a (update from RedHat).
OpenSSH 2.5.1p1
I am using my Linux box as an Internet gateway. I wanted to keep
the box as secure as possible while still having the functionality I
needed. The only way to connect to my server is through SSH. A fair
majority of the time I am attempting to

ls permissions format changed in CentOS 8
It's a display bug in PuTTY+Epsilon, but a subtle one! I upgraded PuTTY
from 0.65 on one PC to 0.73 (latest) and the problem disappeared. I still
see it on another PC running PuTTY 0.70.
I'm still trying to characterize it but the output is correct and it's
because I'm using Epsilon to view the output file that I'm not seeing the
missing characters.

[seeking help in using openssh to communicate b/w unix & windows. URGENT!!!]
You might try the free SSH client, putty (from:
http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/). It has a command line
SCP client (pscp) that will allow you to securely copy the file from Unix box,
under windows. I've used it and had excellent results.
Good luck,
Paul

R-4.3 version list.files function could not work correctly in chinese
Dear ???,
I believe you that there's a problem with list.files() and file names
in Chinese. There is no need for additional proof. Unfortunately, it's
impossible to fix the problem unless its source is found:
https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs-cn.html
Can you give me more examples of file names, _as text_, that I could
_copy and paste_ into my computer in order to

Calls which cross trust boundaries
Many of the security problems we''ve had to deal with recently have
been where one program invokes another when no good level of trust
exists between them.
Currently solutions to this requirement are produced on an ad-hoc
basis, usually involving set-id programs (often setuid root),
superuser daemons calling user programs for `upcalls'', or both.
There are problems with this

Using Pageant & Putty under Wine -
I am having an issue with Putty v.60 with Pageant v.60 under Wine-1.1.5.
The OS is Fedora 10 x86_64, and the Wine it the current RPM version for Fedora.
It is not that Pageant or Putty is not working; both do load. Putty does talk SSH2
properly.
The actual issue is that Keys that are loaded into Pageant v.60 are not available
to Putty v.60 for authentication; I suspect that this due to

OT: configuring xming to know putty's not in a std. location
Is there some way to do this? I've got the current putty (actually,
putty-cac), pageant, and plink in my user's Downlods directory - neither
he nor I have admin authority on his laptop, and Desktop support's
teleworking today - but I can't seem to find a way to configure xming to
look there for putty.
Or is it start putty, *then* start xming?

------- Additional Comments From markus at openbsd.org 2003-02-19 01:15 -------
that's not too hard with the current code, and you could
use the 'passwd' lock feature for something similar:
specify timeout x and enter passwd on agent startup.
after x seconds of activity the agent will 'autolock'.
use ssh-add -X to unlock
