Does anyone know if this is going to be fixed in CentOS ?

libsmbclient bug ?
Hello,
I've tried using libsmbclient from the 2.2.6 samba package (on a slackware 8.1,
compiled --with-libsmbclient --with-sendfile-support --enable-debug (without
debug also) ) and it segfaults when I call smbc_stat() (or smbc_fstat() ) on a
file. I'm sorry I'm not able to find out the problem with gdb, the output (with
the library compiled with debugging enabled) is:

ogg123 remote interface
Hi,
I've been working on ogg123 to see if i could add a remote interface
compatible with the one in mpg123. This remote interface is used mainly by
mp3 players which use mpg123 as their backend.
The reason i did this was that i have recently encoded some of my cd's in
ogg vorbis format but wanted to keep using my favourite player (playmp3list,

[PATCH] tools top level makefile cleanup
I cleaned up the top level makefile in the tools directory. No major
changes. Except I have it so that ioemmu is compiled only with x86_32.

[PATCH] VMX support for MMIO/PIO in VM8086 mode
Memory mapped and port I/O is currently broken under VMX when the
partition is running in VM8086 mode. The reason is that the instruction
decoding support uses 32-bit opcode/address decodes rather 16-bit
decodes. This patch fixes that. In addition, the patch adds support for
the "stos" instruction decoding because this is a frequently used way
to clear MMIO areas such as the screen.

At least the linux dmesg in both cases, yes.
In the Xen case if you can get the Xen dmesg one too (which you may not
from a initrd) that would be useful as well.
In the Xen case you might find?http://wiki.xenproject.org/wiki/XenSerialCon

read failed after messages of non existing harddisks
Hi,
some time ago I removed some physical disks from a server and now I'm
still getting dmesg messages like:
sd 0:2:2:0: SCSI error: return code = 0x00040001
end_request: I/O error, dev sdc, sector 0
And all lvm tools still grumbel about that disks too:
/dev/sdb: read failed after 0 of 4096 at 0: Eingabe-/Ausgabefehler

Bug#812327: xen: initrd booting with xen don't find any harddisks
Package: xen-system-amd64
Version: 4.6.0-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
Dear Maintainer,
I installed fresh from ALPHA5, no UEFI, with two disks. Each disk
got a partition for /boot and one for /, joined each by RAID 1.
Then I just installed "xen-system-amd64", nothing more. After
rebooting, selecting on grub to boot XEN, it hangs on

Repeat patch for ogg123
Hi,
I have made a small patch for enabling repeating in ogg123.
It adds the parameter "--repeat n" or "r n" where n indicates how
many times it repeats the playlists. Zero in forever.
Apply it if you like, I find it very convenient.
