[patch] 64 bit types in bitypes.h
[cc'ed to exports at crypto.com. This patch contains no changes to cryptographic
routines, it only changes how the package's configure script works]
[I'm not subscribed to this list, please cc me on responses. Thanks]
I noticed a minor configure problem in OpenSSH 2.9p2. Basically, configure
will check sys/types.h for various "sized" prototypes, and then it separately

ssh hangs or gives Segmentation fault
Details of installation attached.
Effect: when I build and test (with full path names) ssh in the openssh...
directory, everything works fine. When I "install" it as per attached file
into a test-directory and run it from there, there are 2 phenomena:
either it just hangs, eating 96% of CPU
or it dies with a Segmentation fault (this is what happens most often)

please help-DTK package
Dear all
I am trying to do a multiple pairwise comparison test with Tukey-Kramer test as I have unequal sample sizes and variance. I have downloaded the DTK package from CRAN website in my computer for Windows, however I have difficulties in installing it in R.
I have unzipped the compressed file in my computer and then I open R, I try to install the package through File - Source R code - DTK

[ subscripting sometimes loses names (PR#8192)

Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii
Content-Disposition: inline
R, like recent versions of S-Plus, sometimes - but not always - loses
names when subscripting objects with "[". (Earlier versions of S and
S-Plus had the correct, name-preserving behavior.) This seems bad, it
would be better to remove names only by explicit request, not as an

make check reg-tests-1b.R fails with Ubuntu R
Today I built R from source on a 32-bit Ubuntu 10.04.3 LTS box, and
saw that the "make check" tests/reg-tests-1b.R failed. From the
output at the end of my "tests/reg-tests-1b.Rout.fail" file, the
problem is appearing in the "identical(z, x %*% t(y))" test code
below.
I then tried the stock R provided by the Ubuntu r-base-core binary
package, and to my surprise, it

Post-hoc test for a zero inflated continuous data set with a tweedie distribution
Post-hoc test for a zero inflated continuous data set with a tweedie
distribution?
I have a zero inflated continuous data set of aphid feeding duration on 10+
species of plant. I have fitted a glm model with a tweedie distribution and
used anova() function to show that there is significance between the plant
species. However, I would now like to perform of post-hoc test, ideally a

[LLVMdev] Bls: Compiling LLVM 2.7 with MinGW GCC 4.5.0

I'm using msys perl for msys 1.0.11. Maybe I should revert back to msys 1.0.10?

I installed msys-dtk as suggested and got just a bit further. My mingw gcc
is version 3.4.2.

cc & no 64bit int patches
Here are a couple of patches against the CVS (Jan 22 18:41 PST)
Some C++ comments found their way into ssh.h
The no64.patch puts ifdefs around buffer_get_int64()
now in bufaux.[c,h]

Make sure you're using the correct perl - that one which comes with msys DTK
