[PATCH] Add multiple AuthorizedKeyFiles options
Hi, We'd like to run sshd with a configuration morally equivilent to: # stuff ... AuthorizedKeysFile /var/db/keys-distributed-by-security-team/%u AuthorizedKeysFile %h/.ssh/authorized_keys # be backwards compatable for a bit longer yet AuthorizedKeysFile %h/.ssh/authorized_keys2 # more stuff ... The following patch (against the cvs source) turns the authorizedkeysfile statement in sshd.conf

Problems accessing CVS repository
Hi, I have persistent problems to access the OpenSSH CVS repository as anonymous user, once it has been checked out: $ cvs -d anoncvs at anoncvs.mindrot.org:/cvs co openssh [...works fine...] $ cd openssh $ cvs up cannot create_adm_p /tmp/cvs-serv5471/contrib Permission denied The same happens when trying to use the second repository: $ cvs -d anoncvs at

4.3p2: call for testing
Hi all. As most folks on this list will know, OpenSSH 4.3p1 had some problems with login recording under some configurations. This has been resolved in the current tree and we are looking at rolling a 4.3p2 release to address them. For the most part the changes are fixes only; the ChangeLog since 4.3p1 is below in its entirety. There's one other change that is currently still not decided,

Anonymous CVS access?
The openssh website still lists anoncvs.at.openbsd.org as being the place to go for anonymous CVS access to the portable sources. However, that site appears to be down (and no longer in the DNS), and has been removed from the OpenBSD list of mirrors. Is there another location offering anonymous CVS access? Thanks, Simon.

openssh@anoncvs.at.openbsd.org asks for password
Hi, The portable R/O CVS repository, openssh at anoncvs.at.openbsd.org, has started asking for password, and this has lasted for about 3-5 days at least. Problem accessing anoncvs2.at.openbsd.org
I was following the instructions at http://www.openssh.com/portable.html export CVSROOT=anoncvs at anoncvs2.at.openbsd.org:/openssh export CVS_RSH=/usr/bin/ssh cvs get openssh_cvs and I got the following error: cvs server: cannot find module `openssh' - ignored cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot expand modules Using the mindrot server worked just fine, but I wanted to report the problem.

Call for release testing
Hi All, We are planning on doing one of our regular releases (4.3/4.3p1) in around a week. This is a bugfix release, but a few of the portability bits have changed, so we would again appreciate testing on as many systems as possible. Some of the bugs fixed and internal improvements are: * X forwarding won't start when a command is executed in background (Bug #1086) * Change
