new dell B120 laptop
I am installing 4.2 on the new dell $499 B120 laptop.
Centos installs just fine. however, when rebooting
it is starting udev and then says Disabling IRQ#11 and stops.
Any ideas on why that would be??
THanks,
Jerry

Unplugging DVI causes Disabling IRQ #11
I have some new PC hardware I'm using with the Intel H67 chipset. I
created a bzImage I use for a PXE environment for a recovery mode,
installing OS images, etc. The new mobo doesn't have a VGA port but
instead DVI.
Everytime I unplug the DVI cable it seems to cause "Disabling IRQ
#11". After that the PC is basically unusable. The /proc/interrupts
shows that hdd, usb, nic,

Is it really a RTL8139?
Or it is possible that it's a RTL8100?
The reason I ask is because while the RTL8100 is supposed to
be MAC compatible with the RTL8139, I'm finding

rtc in /proc/interrupts
Hi - I am using centos 4.6 on an ebox 4300. Everything seems to be
working except the
/proc/interrupts rtc is always constant. On other machines the rtc
(which ztdummy from asterisk) is always incrementing.
the uhci_hcd and ehci_hcd are both running.
What can cause this?

Compaq V2000 laptop no USB recognized
To continue here with problems on this compaq v2000
laptop, I put kernel source on a USB disk and plugged it
into the v2000. NOTHING IS recognized.
I tried to manually mount the disk and nothing either...
I thought USB was well established....
I thought trying to recompile the kernel for realtek support
might get my networking going...
I am stuck???

Phone attached to Sipura SPA-1001 has no ring
I hooked up a SPA-1001 with asterisk yesterday and all works well except
the phone doesn't ring.
The phone I'm using has a LCD display so I can see the call come in.
(with caller id info)
I can answer and complete the call but it's just not ringing.
The phone rings if pluged into a POTS line so it's not the phone that's
the problem.
I've used the SPA-1001's web

Hello all,
Recently I bought a TDM02B digium card to conect to the PSTN.
We pluged it on a Pentium IV 2,8 Ghz, Asus Motherboard, but when we try

Someone have the same card running with asterisk in a similar machine?
Could you tell me your box hardware details?
Thanks for your time,

problems with NVS310
The warning you included happens when we're trying to execute a VBIOS
script as part of DP training. Can you include your vbios? It should
be available at /sys/kernel/debug/dri/0/vbios.rom
Also, can you confirm how your monitors are connected to the card (and
e.g. what resolution they are, anything else "funny" about them)?
Finally, this warning might not have anything to do with

Wireless networking with CentOS 4.4 on Dell laptop
I have a (new) Dell laptop with CentOS 4.4 installed and am trying to
get wireless networking. The list of drivers doesn't include a specific
one for this card - Dell wireless 1390 Mini PCI network card 802.11b/g
(according to the manufacturer's blurb). Any ideas as to where I can
find the appropriate driver please?
