Wine without a Windows partition
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Is it possible to setup wine without a Windows partition? I have a Debian 2.2-r2 system and want to run a few Windows apps, mostly games, but don't want to go through all the bs of resizing a partition, creating a new one and putting Windows on my laptop. Any chance of being able to do it without a dedicated partition? - -- Darryl L. Pierce

[BioC] problem with function
Hi Christian, Chuck (and lists) It seems that the problem may be the strange behaviour of 'unstack' inside a function. See this thread in the R mailing list: http://tolstoy.newcastle.edu.au/R/help/04/03/1160.html Anyway, I got round the problem by using 'aggregate' instead of converting to a list and then tapply to sum values of metric. Probably more efficient as well. Thanks

Winbind issues with UID and GID mappings
I am having issues integrating a FC3 system with AD running on W2k3. I can not figure out why the user ID mappings and Group ID mappings are going stale. Fwd: Re: gcc -> clang
The arithmetic stuff has already been fixed in master with https://github.com/dovecot/core/commit /5cccb4af850bb3ba81e73a8fb4f6881c3e1d4046.patch https://github.com/dovecot/core/commit /ac7aa955db4c77bbb169baa5d104a4c128674646.patch I have not seen the second error ever, it would need more information, can you gdb to it and see what the actual value is? 2.2.18: Mailbox INBOX sync: mailbox_delete failed: INBOX can't be deleted.
Hello Could my previously reported error above have something to do with the IMAP path prefix? It's not configured on either of the previously mentioned servers. I see a similar error, which may be related, when trying to sync using offlineimap.py: Folder INBOX [acc: test_account]: ERROR: ERROR in syncfolder for test_account folder INBOX Thanks Dale On 5 August 2015 at 16:59, Dale

I understand that reading that paragraph makes it sounds obscure and outdated. But the problem is that if something deletes & recreates your folder, while you were gone, you would lose the subscription. This includes other MUAs that are in no way obligated to resubscribe to the folder if they do this. Aki On 23.05.2018 23:13, Rupert Gallagher wrote: > Sorry for top posting, my client is

I'd rather not add RFC-breaking settings. But there's IMAP4rev2 discussion going on in https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/extra <https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/extra>. Someone motivated enough could perhaps try to suggest changing this behavior in there. > On 23 May 2018, at 23.13, Rupert Gallagher <ruga at protonmail.com> wrote: > > Sorry for top posting,

Ensure your config looks like namespace SOME_NAME_HERE { ??? ... } Make a postlogin script which exports export NAMESPACE/SOME_NAME_HERE/HIDDEN=true USERDB_KEYS="$USERDB_KEYS NAMESPACE/SOME_NAME_HERE/HIDDEN" Or somehow export this from passdb/userdb as (userdb_)namespace/some_name_here/hidden=true Aki On 18.10.2018 10.18, Rupert Gallagher wrote: > Connections from anything

wbinfo check secret fails
I set up 4 Sun X4540 servers running Solaris 10 and Samba v3.0.33. A couple weeks back, one of the 4 stopped authenticating Windows AD requests. I've tried removed it an adding it back to the domain, but still no luck. The global config on the 4 servers is the same, only the shares are different. When I first installed Samba on this server (and everything was working), I didn't have to
