patch is simply a patch to netstat so that it displays the statistic.
As expected, it's very straightforward, the only real question is what to
call the statistic...

Hardening Apache on CentOS 7
Hi,
Some time ago one of my public servers (running Slackware64 14.0) got
attacked and was misused to send phishing emails.
This misadventure made me more concerned about security, so I spent the
last few weeks catching up on security, reading docs about SELinux and
how to use it, etc.
I have a public sandbox server running CentOS 7, and I'm currently
experimenting quite a lot with Apache

WEB SCANNER
I was wondering what was a good web scanner to scan IIS servers.
I played with nikto, but i'm not sure if it does IIS or not. It seems to
only look for CGI stuff.
Thanks.

CentOS newbie question - updates
Pardon the newbie question, but I thought I'd check with you guys here since
I couldn't find the answer to this one on CentOS web site.
I installed CentOS 3.4 (needed an equivalent of RHEL 3.4 for a very specific
purpose - not interested in newer releases at this point) and downloaded all
available up2date stuff. However, Apache is at v2.0.46, php is at 4.3.4,
and so on - which are

Mirror problems
The yum headers

http://master.centos.org/centos-3/3/updates/i386/headers/
are out of date. The RPM for httpd-2.0.46-46.3.ent.centos.1.i386.rpm
is out but the latest headers are still for
httpd-0-2.0.46-46.2.ent.centos.1.i386.hdr.
Although I mirror files locally, I use the headers on the mirrors to

Problem running applications on Kubuntu 7.04
Hi,
Wine came with Internet Explorer. I also installed FLV Player and the Orion Platinum demo to test.
Only FLV Player will run. Internet Explorer opens (and installs the Gecko engine), but then freezes - i.e. big white nothing.
When I try to run the Orion demo, all I get is errors:
Code:

httpd trademark issue -- here it is!
Hey,
A "powered by RedHat" gif recently appeared on the
bottom of the mirror monitor (mirmon) page:
http://www.advanced-app.com.hk/caosity/
This appeared in place of the "powered by CentOS" gif
that used to be there.
The mirmon page is getting it from the icons directory
under the default html directory.
An Apache update in November put the new gif there in
