Selecting rows of a matrix based on some condition on the columns
The data set consists of two sets of matrices, as labelled by the columns, T's and C's.

RFC: sapply() limitation from vector to matrix, but not further
sapply() stems from S / S+ times and hence has a long tradition.
In spite of that I think that it should be enhanced...
As the subject mentions, sapply() produces a matrix in cases
where the list components of the lapply(.) results are of the
same length (and ...).
However, it unfortunately "stops there".

heatmap-how to change the order of the rows (genes)
Hi,
I have a question about the heatmap dendrogram in R. I loaded my data
matrix in command heatmap(), and it gave me a heatmap accordingly, and the
rows (genes) also were clustered accordingly. But now I don't want the
genes clustered in that way, I have a new order of these genes, and want the
rows of the heatmap are drawed as the order I give. Could anybody help me
on that? Thank you!

RODBC-sqlSave questions
Hello,
I have 4 data frames, say A, B, C, D. Each A, B, C has different columns
set, and D has all of what A, B, and C have.
So, here is the example:
A has c1, c2, and c3
B has c4 and c5
C has c1, c5, and c6
D has c1, c2, c3, c4, c5, and c6.
I want to load these data frames into an Oracle SQL server. I am using RODBC
with sqlSave, and managed to load D. But when I tried to load the other data

I'm trying to concatenate values from two columns in a data frame. For
example, I have the following data.frame:

SEM : Warning : Could not compute QR decomposition of Hessian
Hi useRs,
I'm trying for the first time to use a sem. The model finally runs,
but gives a warning saying :
"In sem.default(ram = ram, S = S, N = N, param.names = pars, var.names
