klibc issues on armhf (not Debian/armel)
Hi, we?re currently seeing trouble with klibc on several architectures, cf. http://www.zytor.com/pipermail/klibc/2012-May/003277.html and armhf is being one of them, when using klibc to compile mksh-static with it. I can look into it (asked zumbi for build-deps in a sid chroot on harris already), but not 100% sure I?ll find it, so more eyes on klibc would not be unwelcome ;-) maks, does klibc

A GUI for opusenc.exe - OpusDrop
Hi, I've put some work in a small GUI that makes transcoding files from .wav to .opus more comfortable and faster. It's a small C#-Windows-Application and is described and available for download at [1]. At the moment it's still more in an alpha state, there might be some bugs. So for example one problem is, that I can't shut down the opusenc.exe, if I want to quit the GUI.

Hierarchy separator and LAYOUT=FS change
Hello, I stumbled across a 5-year-old post on the dovecot list about changing the dovecot hierarchy separator to enable shared mailboxes (http://www.dovecot.org/list/dovecot/2011-January/056201.html <http://www.dovecot.org/list/dovecot/2011-January/056201.html>). At the moment I?m stuck in a pretty similar situation. Migrated from courier to dovecot 2 years ago and preserved the

xorriso or genisoimage syntax assistance
I got this figured out much faster than I thought I would. Thanks to all of your help, Peter, Mattias, Thomas and Helmut. And Thomas, that 8 partition live OS sounds right up my alley, and I will definitely check it out. The second partition is working well with `parted' and `fdisk', so I am quite pleased. Below is, again, "what I came up with". I tried to integrate each of your

machine accounts question
Hi, I can be wrong but for me UID and GID are UNIX concepts. If your workstations are Windows systems, those UID/GID are not necessary. This does not address your issue but it could help to understand things and to avoid searching in the wrong direction...
