Memdisk Decompression problems...
Hi.. Well i too am having the same memdisk decompression error that states "ran out of input data" since the first when memdisk started supporting booting compressed images !!! I posted this several times but alwsys cudlnt understand whatthe admins want (like what inof they need to debug the problem)... I even offered to send screenshots of the screen but it was refused !!! Hi.. I'm Jaspreet Oberoi and i'm new to this forum.. Actually i am using Bootscriptor to make multibootable cd's and it is using your 2.04 version of syslinux and memdisk.. What my problem is that when i boot any image i.e .img file which has a Win98 command.com it works alright but when i try to boot any image with a WinME command.com it just hangs on Loading .. then Starting....

Memdisk problems again (2.05)......
Hi... I'm Jaspreet. I've been having the memdisk memory overlapping problems since 2.04 Its always seen in the compressed images whereas the uncompressed images works just fine !!! Mode context extremely poor performance.
Hi all, I curently have a big problem. One request (listed above) using context take up to 1000 more time than the on RAW or ext2 database. I have ran this request on a single IA32 machine with Redhat and dbf on ext2. The average reponse time is less than a sec. The same request on RAC 4 nodes cluster on RAW take the same average time. On ext2 idem. But on OCFS it took up to 15 sec randomly

memdisk boot problem on some machine.
Hello, I meet a problem on one of my machine, please see attached picture. I use isolinux to load memdisk. The configuration of the machine is: P4 2.0G, 512MB memory, Intel 845E motherboard, DVD-ROM and a SCSI CDWriter. Compressed images does NOT boot. Uncompressed image boot ok. However, this bootable CD works on my another machine, it is a PIII733 machine, with IWILL BP100Plus

How does Linux see Windows servers?
