Mouse motion example - help
Hi,
I am trying out this example adapted from the wxpython book, but the
mouse motion event does not seem to be captured right. What am I doing
wrong?

Pointer position on keypress event?
Hi.
Is there any straightforward way to tell pointer position (x, y)
upon keypress? In original wxWidgets, wxKeyEvent supports GetX()
and GetY() methods, but wxRuby''s KeyEvent object does not have
one. I also checked with event.methods and event.instance_variables.
Do I need to keep track of pointer position by evt_motion?

tcltk freezing using MS Windows for R-2.14+
I am the maintainer of a Bioconductor package (affylmGUI) which uses
tcltk. It freezes inconsistently on MS Windows, but not Mac or Unix. see
details below.
After considerable testing I have reduced the problem from a few
thousand lines of code to 30 lines!

Dragging images across the canvas
Hi wxRuby Gurus,
I''m trying to write a sample program which allows me to drag an image
(by left_mouse_button down) across the canvas.
I got it to work ... well, sort of. The problem is I can drag it only by
clicking on the left top corner of the image and nowhere else.
Besides, the dragging is not very smooth. How can I make it better?

Hello i am new using samba, and i need some help.
First this is my system:

Well i started to use samba, and everything worked fine, but u updated
my system and there samba stop working, i cant access to the paths
that before i used to access, i looked to the smb.conf , and
everything is ok, as well the smbpasswd

Using BUTTON_TOOLBAR
Hi, folks. I''m trying to make a toolbar with buttons that change appearance
when hovered over with the mouse. The docs on FXButton say that using
BUTTON_TOOLBAR "causes the edge of the button to be raised when the cursor
moves over it." What I''m getting is buttons without any frame, but they do

samba log on problems
I can not log on to my samba server from centos client, this used to be
ok when running 4.1. I don't now if I have messed up or what.
The server is up and running, no problems with log on from windows client.
On client, Iptables is ok, server is running, lisa is running.

Simulation of Multivariate Fractional Gaussian Noise and Fractional Brownian Motion
Dear R Helpers,
I have searched for any R package or code for simulating multivariate
fractional Brownian motion (mFBM) or multivariate fractional Gaussian noise
(mFGN) when a covariance matrix are given. Unfortunately, I could not find
such a package or code.
Can you suggest any solution for multivariate FBM and FGN simulation? Thank

choppy motion/rectangles
Greetings.!
In rapid action frames, I see lots of small rectangles which many
together render a choppy sense of motion. I've attached screenshots in
attempts to convey what I mean:

Bug#517856: live motion in xen fails due to wrong directory

I am not sure to what package belong this bug, i suppose it.
When you run xen, it create directory under: /var/lib, in fact
it create: /var/lib/xend. But wen you try to do a live motion between two
server, they look for a file called:
qemu-save.x where 'x' is the Domain.id
But this file must be under /var/lib/xen !
